Who can tell me something about a job which would give a pride for me and for my family other than serving a country as a military? People who are serving their country as military are the ones who are always in the front line when the country faces any internal or external threats like terrorist attacks, external warriors and natural disasters. These are the people who always react first when their motherland calls its citizens for protection to these threats and calamities. For their valuable contributions their country also try to pay in return in different ways for their good doings. Therefore, it better to see what the advantages or benefits of joining the U.S. military.
There are different advantages that one would get when deciding to join the U.S. military. As I mentioned in the first paragraph of my argument, when I am talking about joining the U.S. military, the most fundamental thing that I would mention about the advantage is getting a pride. Serving a country as military gives a pride for self and for family. The person who joins the military first of all would get a peace of mind because he is doing what his country is expecting from him; so he would be proud. On the other hand, his

One pro to entering the war is there would be more job opportunities available. With all the men leaving for war, jobs will open up. This could be an opportunity for unemployed people to get a job including some women. The United States getting involved in the war will also increase the need for supplies and weapons. Some things we will need will be guns, airplanes, and tanks. These will have to be made by United States’ people which will lead to new job opportunities.
In conclusion, the experience is the kind of professionalism and pride that make soldiers respected the world over. It’s the experience that singles one out as someone with unique ability and unique qualities. The country depends on the military to fulfill the important mission to protect democracy and keep peace. Excelling as an individual and achieving impossible thoughts are motivating reasons to become a part of the Guard. It’s a way to help reach educational or career goals that are set in life. Take the next step and have it all: adventure, camaraderie, challenge, an extra paycheck, military benefits as well as the satisfaction that comes from serving the country and community; a part-time job with full time benefits.
Not everybody is willing to risk their lives for others. I think that certain people have strength and bravery to join the army. I think some people go into the Army to better themselves because maybe they are not having a good life back at home so they have no choice but to join the Army for a better life. According to the Defense ManPower Data Center only 0.4 percent of the United States population is in the active military as a whole(Chalabi,2015). The percentage of people who are active in the Army would probably be around 0.2 percent. People who are in the Army probably feel unique because not many people want to join. As a whole I view the members to be dedicated, dependable, and look out for each other and
Most people are willing to die for the ones they love. People often will die for their loved ones because they would rather have themselves die than the other person. I would die for my country if I had too. I probably wouldn’t go fight for my country unless they needed me because it’s not what I want to do in life. I think it would only be an illogical idea to serve your country if you knew that it was basically just suicide mission. It would also be illogical if you didn’t want to do it and they didn’t need you
Active things, not a desk job. To do this I will need several years of College. Thats why I plan on being in the Marines a long time. Because I have a lot to prepare for. A lot of people have said I cannot that decision just yet, about being in there a long time and all.
The protection of our country is not overlooked for recruits; they are awarded many personal benefits as well. Tuition assistance, job training, and many benefits that help prepare recruits for occupations while enlisted. Not only are students getting great benefits, but they are also in a small group of professional workers. High School students should be allowed to join the military, because it is a way to pay for college expenses. College is expensive.
From the parent’s perspective, the military has much to offer for a child’s development. There are many opportunities children born in a military family get to experience that is beneficial to their development. There has always been a differential between civilian income and military and this has only just happened in the past six years. (Army Magazine) This has allowed those who have joined the military to have that pay increase since they are giving more or less their own lives to protect their country. This allows them to realize that they are on a different level than most and gives them the responsibility of that. It is with the military though that the government can increase the economy even providing jobs. (Military Spending Can Grow the Nation’s Economy) This even allows civilians to find jobs in the military and contract out. So the military has also given back to the civilian
Military is an establishment of a country and nation. There are a few different motivation behind why one may join the Military. Recently, Ive asked a few secondary school understudies for what good reason they anticipate inlisting in the military. Majority of their responses were cash for school , training and traveling. Those are suitable reasons yet many are undecided wheather to join the military after college or before college. With All things considered , it is by all means more valuable and beneficial to join the military before school instead of joining after school. One key defense would be that joining the military before school will help pay for ones
What if I could go back in time and sit down with my teenage self? The conversation would seem longwinded, and I would probably want to tell me ‘okay’, just so I would shut up. If I could shake that spaced out kid, with his head in the clouds and yell into his face, ‘Listen, it doesn’t have to be difficult! Things can be so much easier if you pay a little more attention.’ Looking back as I went through high school my priorities changed, from music and friends to wanting to join the military. The decision to join the military changed my life and molded the person that I am today. I had it all figured out back then. My plan, my approach, and my dreams were in front of me.
Going into the military isn’t all bad because you can learn all the stuff that American soldiers go through to protect America. We could learn not to take what they do lightly or for granted. Being in the military could be helpful if another country ever decided to try to invade America. No other country would want to invade a country where every man or woman that is there is trained for almost any situation. Not that many people would worry about break-ins or someone mugging them in an alley if everyone had discipline. There's no reason as to why able men and woman shouldn't be obliged to serve their country in times of warfare crisis and/or be prepared for hypothetical wartime. Not only that, but it provides a great amount of benefits, such as: physical conditioning, mental toughening and a chance to help promote equality between young men and women. There are so many immature, feeble-minded, snobbish people in the US nowadays who need to be taught a lesson or two
Mandatory military service is a course to make a fit and capable citizen. First of all, military service can help one's character . More specifically it gives good tools so that people can work well in a team, be more organized in everyday event and good discipline. Secondly, it can offer education to people in need. Furthermore it will help people in bad neighbourhoods or is living trough a thought time and give those without the means to be in a home and have a job. Thirdly but not least mandatory military service could be looked at as a dept owed to one's country, loved ones who are protected if ever needed and most important to our right to democracy.
Did you know that females take up fifteen percent of the United States Armed Forces (Feinstein)? Women should be able to join all branches of the military in the US without being shunned. Here are some reasons why women are worthy of being in the military. First of all, women are just as strong as men, even some say stronger. Women have the highest IQ in history (Huffing) which means we are capable and will be successful trying to figure out what to do next in helping the United States.
The United States has long been known for having a military presence that few would dare to challenge. The catalyst has not been in having billions in defense funds, it has not been in having huge weapons of mass destruction, it is the heart and spirit of the soldier. I am very proud to be a part of this long and proud tradition of upholding the ideals set forth in the U.S. Constitution. It is something that I would recommend to all willing and able college students. It instills a sense of pride and satisfaction that is matched by no other. As a soldier, there are many options as far as what type of soldier you wish to be. It is similar to choosing a career in the civilian world. The first step in this process is choosing your military branch. There are four main branches in the military; the Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marines.
