On September 1, 1939 Germany invaded Poland to start the biggest war all mankind has ever seen. A man named Adolf Hitler led a group called the Nazi's. He convinced those men that Jewish people had ruined the world and caused Germany's downfall after World War One. They were also against people like gypsies, criminals, or anyone they thought were undesirable. Soon after the Germans started, Japan and Italy joined to help their cause. As the war went on the Nazi party grew bigger and stronger and countries started fighting back, but the Nazi's were to strong. Then one day Japan bombed Pearl Harbor and just like that Americans were in the war. That day we became mortal enemies with all of Japan, and we weren't going to hold back on them. America was going to end this war. They didn't know how but they were going to. Then one day America used the first ever nuclear bombs. We bombed Japan twice and they were devestated and surrendered. America didn't stop there, they kept fighting, trying to end the war. Finally Italy and Germany surrendered and all of the remaining Jews we freed from th...
On September 1st, 1939 Germany invaded Poland, which started World War II in Europe. The war between Germany and the Soviet Union was one of the deadliest and largest wars of all mankind. It caused an overall change in Jewish people’s lives because they lost family members, homes, and the reason to live. There was a political shift in climate during that time because of the mass genocide it caused. Germany went from a place where people lived to a huge European power that singled out one race.
It all started on December 7th, 1941. America had entered their Second World War following the Pearl Harbor attacks. America started its Pacific Campaign against the Imperial Japanese Army. After three years, America joined with fellow allied nations and invaded Nazi- Occupied France codename Operation Overlord. This was the biggest amphibious invasion ever recorded. From Pearl Harbor to the fall of Berlin in the spring of 1945, the American bomber plane helped defeat the Nazi regime, end the war in the Pacific, and revolutionize modern warfare.
The World War II, also called The Second World War, began when the Germans invaded Poland in 1939, and when the Germans and the Japanese finally surrendered in 1945, the War ended. The United States entered the war after the Japanese bombed Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, on December 7, 1941. During World War II, the world was divided into two major forces: Axis and Allies. The United States, Britain, the Soviet Union and the French resistance were the Allies, while Germany, Italy, and Japan were the main powers that formed the Axis. Throughout this time, the United States was giving all kinds of support to the Allies, such as armies, weapons, money and other things.
World War II began on September 1, 1939. It all started when Hitler wanted to expand his territory, and he had planned to invade Poland on this day. Then two years later in 1941 Japan bombed America in which is known as Pearl Harbor and General Eisenhower entered America into World War II. America then joined the Allied powers and helped fight against the Axis powers. The major countries that took part as the Allied Powers in World War II was the United States of America, Great Britain, France, and Russia.Their main goal was to stick together and to defend each other from the attacks of the Axis Powers. The Axis powers consisted of Germany, Italy, and Japan.General EIsenhower had been planning an attack on the beaches of Normandy in France.
World War II officially got under way in 1939 when the Germans, led by Adolf Hitler, invaded Poland and violated nearly every law placed against them from the Treaty of Versailles. It was nearly impossible for the Germans not to violate the Treaty of Versailles because over 100 of the 140 clauses agreed on were targeted against the Germans. The treaty placed the blame for World War I on Germany, forcing them to pay for nearly the entire war in reparations. This led to a German economic collapse, a change in the government of Germany, and also the start of World War II. When Hitler was put into power he began invading other countries and dwindling down the population of his own country, leading to World War II. When World War II started there were two sides to the war, the Axis, consisting of Germany, Italy, and Japan, which formed after the signing of the tripartite pact, and the Allies, consisting of the France, Great Britain, the United States, the Soviet Union and China. Some of the United States’ most important battles of World War II happened in the Pacific. The Pacific contained a great portion of World War II. The Americans and Japanese accounted for most of the action that occurred. The Japanese had gained a multitude of momentum from the Bombing of Pearl Harbor, a United States military base, the Invasion of Manchuria, in which they took over the country, and the Invasion of China. After these huge victories and mass expansion, the Japanese looked practically unstoppable, but they ran into two major problems; The Battle of Coral Sea, in which the United States defeated the Japanese, hindering their expansion efforts, and the turning point in the Pacific, the Battle of Midway.
World War II was a war unlike any other war that has occurred in the history of the war. In studying this war, there are some significant events that contributed to the start of World War II, that led to the US's entrance into W.W.II, and events that helped bring an end to W.W.II. The failure of the Geneva Peace conference, Hitler's annexation of Austria, the Spanish Civil War, Hitler's acquisition of Czechoslovakia, the Nazi-Soviet Non-Aggression Pact, Germany's invasion of Poland, and the fall of France all contributed greatly to the start of World War II. Some events that contributed to the entrance of the US into the war were Italy's invasion on Ethiopia, Japan's invasion of China, the Attack on Pearl Harbor, the Destroyer-Base Deal, the Nye Committee, and the Lend-Lease Act. The Invasion of Italy, the Battle of Midway, D-Day, the Battle of the Bulge, and the fall of Berlin to the Soviets were five of the events that contributed to the ending of World War II.

The invasion of Poland by Germany in September 1939 is regarded as the trigger that unleashed the Second World War. After an analysis and study of the causes of the conflict, from my point of view I consider that the depiction of hostilities that would trigger this great war were developed long before and were only a matter of time before this war began. I consider it this way, because Germany as the defeated nation of the World War I, in which the victorious nations, imposed conditions within which Germany ceded part of its territory and its colonies, reduce its army and pay annual compensation to the victorious nations.

When World War 2 broke out in 1939, the United States of America was facing the dilemma of whether or not to intervene in the massacre known as the Holocaust. Some people believe that the United States did all they could to help the victims of the war. Some believe that America did hardly anything. But, there is stronger evidence pointing towards the fact that the United States did not do enough to stop the killing initiated by Adolf Hitler, the leader of the Nazi army.
The Second World War began in 1939 and ended in 1945, Britain and France declared war on Germany on the 3rd of September 1939 two days after Germany had invaded Poland of the 1st of September, the two main fighter groups in World War 2 were the Axis nations consisting of Nazi Germany under the rule of Hitler, Fascist Italy led by Mussolini as well as Imperial Japan with their smaller Allies, the other group was the Allied nations, led by Britain and its Commonwealth nations, the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics and the United States of America as stated in Source D.The United States was not a member of the Allied nations, prior to 1941 the U.S was neutral but the attacks on Pearl Harbour by the Japanese on the 7th of December 1941 forced
We all have gone through troubling times in our life. We have all experienced pain and loss one way or another. The Holocaust was a completely different kind of horror, and Adolf Hitler was the sole cause of World War II and the Holocaust. The Holocaust was a terrible time for the Jewish people of Germany. Hitler had two plans for Germany, the camp life was traumatizing and the aftermath of the Holocaust left Germany both physically and mentally broken.
The Rise of Hitler During the 1920's and early 1930's Germany was trying to recover from World War. It had to pay reparations and try to rebuild the economy from bankruptcy. It was because of the weaknesses of the economy and the Weimar Government, together with the growing popularity of the Nazis that Hitler was able to become Chancellor. After the First World War, Germany was forced to establish a democratic government based on proportional representation. The main problems with the German system were that no one party had absolute control.
Centuries later and the name Adolf Hitler still rings volumes till this present day: discussed in history books, talked about amongst intellects and commoners alike, and despised by many for years to come. Upon hearing his name many may think of all the negative things Hitler has done, but few fail to analyze just how one man created such controversy amongst a nation without being stopped. The question then lies how does a man reign over country and devastate it for years to come? Adolf Hitler, a man who excelled in persuasion and charisma was able to reign over Germany for years. Born in Austria April 20th 1889, Hitler grew up with many hardships in his life.
