One of the biggest events in the world's history is World War two. It involved two influential men; Adolf Hitler and Winston Churchill. Their lives started off as young children with dreams and wishes. As they grew into men who fought for their beliefs. Hitler and Churchill shared many similarities and many differences from their early lives, military lives, and impacts they made on the world, for better or worse.

Adolf Hitler and Winston Churchill both came from very similar backgrounds with regard to having trouble in high school, being a military and government family, and life aspirations. Hitler had a troubled youth. Hitler was born to an alcoholic father in Austria. Hitler’s family was a government family; therefore he was pushed by his father to have a similar career (“Overview” 1). On the other hand, Hitler wanted to follow his dream and get a job in the arts.Unlike his father, his mother encouraged him to follow his
Hitler failed to get into art school, and was told he was better suited for architecture. He could not get into Architecture school because he dropped out of high school (“Overview” 1).Hitler had to make ends meat by selling his paintings and postcards, and used his inheritance and orphan’s pension (“Overview” 1-2). He described his life in Vienna as a poor one. During his time in Vienna, Hitler would have political debates with Marxist (“Overview” 2). He was a default after the debates. Communist and Jews were very disliked by Hitler (“Overview” 2). All of Hitler’s opinions and beliefs he had, he grew up with them. As he aged and lived life they just got stronger (“Overview” 2).
