The degree that I am working for is of a major importance in every aspect of my future career, it contains the value to help develop my work ethics, aptitudes, and more not only in the human resources field, nevertheless any other occupation I may decide to attempt. Integrity is a fundamental value that the society admires and people strive for. It is a value that requires practice on a daily basis. This quality is always voiced strongly when discussing an individual’s character. Integrity to me means going above and beyond with everything I do. I think this will fuel good grades and completion of assignments. Having good integrity also came with some confidence, because I had to do more and go outside of the crowd. I did and do more than everyone else, that made me fell a lot more confident about my actions. Confidence has pushed me to make suggestions that I otherwise wouldn't.
Ethics are basically the procedures of personal acts that are based on ideas or a person, about what is ethically good or bad and they are range of statistics that involves these statistics. So basically, ethics are rules a person sets for himself or herself about what is ethically right or wrong. They involve legal issues and if something is illegal, it does not always mean that it is unethical, consequently if something is ethical, it does not mean it is legal.
In public, integrity plays a very important role since people who have integrity hold firmly to their views, which support them to act properly in academic, personal and professional circumstances. In the academic community, students of integrity will notice academic standards severely, exchange ideas freely and improve the social acknowledgment of the value of their institutions. In personal conditions, integrity leads individuals to understand who they really are, thus they can be honest to their benefits and ideal life. In the workplace, truth enhances personal commitment to the code of ethics set forth by the profession. Additionally, integrity begins mutual beneficial personal relationships in a community, helps people develop a sense of reliability and responsibility, and fosters their professional competencies. In a word, the more people have integrity in a community, the more efficiency and efficiency we can have, and the more happiness and trust we can enjoy.

In conclusion, integrity is a vital part of all our lives. Without a basic human integrity, we are animals. Integrity defines how we live, and who we are. Are we good people? Is our neighborhood safe? Is our college a great place to live? When trying to answer these questions, you first look at the integrity. In life and in death, a man will always be defined by his integrity. Is this neighborhood safe for me to my family to? Is this college a good one to send my child to? These questions are constantly being asked, and the answer always lies in integrity.

Academic integrity holds a great deal of weight. This includes honesty in the work produced, as well as being able to accomplish the work. Responsibility in addition plays important factor into integrity. I see responsibility as owning up to what has to be done and getting done. If I have an assignment due, I need to have that obligation completed by the set due date. Trust also helps with this. As a freshman, I have to trust that my professors will give the right amount of time to do assignments, and in return I must do the work I’m capable of.
In the event they build a career, they are likely to be deemed unproductive and ineffective. In fact, some of their colleagues may suggest that they earned their qualifications through doubtful means. With time, the entire institution is ridiculed, and even after the situation is rectified, it is difficult to disprove its association with academic misconduct. Therefore, it is important for universities to put in place certain regulations to ensure that all students and faculty members follow the set academic codes and principles.

As students of high school and college, and even in the professional world, we are asked to research and write on subjects that are seen to be important. The research that we are asked to do, has been done many times in the past, which means people are bound to use others’ ideas and words with no recognition, sometimes without even knowing it. This leads to plagiarism, which is something many people have heard of, but never learned the true definition and the harm it can create. Schools and society need to be more proactive in explaining what plagiarism is, how to write correctly in order to prevent it, and teach the consequences plagiarism has.
Without academic integrity, learning can never be assured. Honesty is not fixated, and changes by situation. Everyone should strive for academic honesty or integrity. By trying your hardest and receiving what you deserve, you will go farther than anyone else in life.
Often, habits are given a somewhat bad reputation. However, habits can also be very good. Therefore, a habit may be good or bad, but would perhaps be best thought of as simply a way to articulate repeated behavior. A good habit would then be a way of expressing repeated behavior that brings about a preferred outcome, and a bad, or poor, habit would be repeated behavior that generates an undesired result. The habits shaped in this Graduate Seminar would therefore be seen as good habits, since they will likely assist in creating an efficacious outcome in upcoming graduate courses.
My hopes in writing this is not digression but instead write as integrity as possible. I am not precocious but that in no way means that I am run of the mill. I have had a complete and complicated childhood and early adult life that has lead to the person I am today. I have experienced many things as a child that many others have not, and not to say that they were good things I watched growing up. I have been able to turn the most negative experiences and examples into a positive and exemplary thoughts, motivation, and effort.
