The degree that I am working for is of a major importance in every aspect of my future career, it contains the value to help develop my work ethics, aptitudes, and more not only in the human resources field, nevertheless any other occupation I may decide to attempt. Reputation and integrity is what makes a degree indispensable, it encompasses values that only the recipient is accountable for the vocation fails or success, consequently, to stay on top of priorities follow with excellent comportments can help virtuous results. Academic integrity is a learning project, in which, I enjoy being updated because not every company have the same work policy’s, thus, it can benefit me to understand and comprehend the most out of my professors advise. Ones said, “integrity is the foundation for all relationships” success comes and go, but integrity is forever (Forbes 2012). Hence, the importance to do the right thing on everything we do is essential to prevent embarrassing situations in which it will follow any individual for the rest of their career.
