Abraham Lincoln is known as one of Americas greats leader. He was born a leader. He lead his town to victory when a war broke out against the Native Americans. He lead his country the United States of America. He lead the United states army to victory during the civil war. Lincoln was hero and leader who always lead his teams to victory.
When Abraham was 22 years old in 1832 a war broke out. The Black Hawk war between the U.S.A and the Native Americans. He was elected captain. He lead them to victory. They won because of his ability to make Several political connections. In 1834 after the war he started his political career.
In 1856 Lincoln joined the republican party. In 1857 the supreme court declared African Americans were not citizens. In 1860 Lincoln ran for president and one. Lincoln's nomination was due to his view on slavery. In 1891 7 Southern States had seceded from the union because Lincoln's view on slavery.

During the Civil war Lincoln spent 2 million dollars from the treasury for war materials.
He called for 75,000 volunteers into the military. The union won the battalion on September 22,1862. Lincoln felt confident. January 1,1863 the war was won and all men were equal.

Abraham Lincoln was an intricate yet prosperous person, shown through his movement from poverty to politics. Lincoln was born to poverty in Kentucky in 1809 and settled in Illinois at the age fifteen. He was captain of the militia in Illinois during the Black Hawk War of 1832 and served four terms as a Whig in the state legislature and in Congress, from 1847 to 1849. Lincoln strayed away from politics for a little while to return to law but his interest rekindled as a result of the Kansas-Nebraska Act .
Lincoln was elected to the Illinois Legislature in 1834. By 1849, he had had four terms in legislature and also had a term in Congress. Without a doubt, there have been great presidents throughout American history. The subject of the matter is debatable about who has done the best job for the position. When you ask Americans who the greatest president ever to serve is, five names would be repetitive: Andrew Jackson, George Washington, Theodore Roosevelt, Franklin D. Roosevelt, and Abraham Lincoln. Lincoln is more than likely always at the top of the list. He is commonly known as the best president of the United States and I can't help but agree. President Lincoln has had numerous achievements, such as ending slavery, modernizing the economy, and preserving the Union.
It is easy to see that Abraham Lincoln truly exemplifies the ideal president in the America. However, Lincoln was not only the 16th president of the United States, he was an American hero. Lincoln was a well-rounded individual and he had numerous outstanding qualities. However, it is important to remember that Lincoln also led a private life, complete with close friends and family.
