In the crucible the person that changes in the biggest way is abigail williams the way that she changes is at the start of the play she is perfect then they get caught at the fire and she is freaking out. She is acting like she has been witched she is saying that she can talk to the devil and that he comes to her at night to make her sign his book which is the devil's book. But she says she refuses to sign the book then she starts praying to god that she wants him to forgive her. During the witch trials her and all her friends fainted and acted like the witch one bewitching them and they would act like they could see a ghost.When she would hear anything about a witch she would fake and acted like the people were putting spells on her so she …show more content…

Then during one of the trials mary warren was making a voodoo doll and abigail was watching so then abigail got a needle and stabbed it into herself and blamed it on marry for stabbing her. So then abigail got all fixed up and then mary went to trial against all the girls and abigail.During the trial against abigail and the girls marry was trying to tell the court that all the girls were faking it. And then all the girls denied it so now the court is calling marry a liar and then all of a sudden all the girls started freaking out. They were all standing there screaming and pointing at the roof saying that there was a witch. And they were saying that mary was putting a spell on them and saying everything that mary was saying like that she was making them copy …show more content…

Then she came to him and she was saying sorry and that she wanted him out. She told him that she had money and could give it to the guard to get him out. But he didn't want her to he said no and that he didn't want him to go. Then she finally confessed that she was lying the whole time. She said that she was just trying to get his wife in trouble because he wanted her. Then she was saying that she didn't intend for any of this to happen to him and she wanted him to run away with her. The next day she talked to him and he just wanted to hang. But then the guards came and told him if he gives himself up he won't hang and everything will go back to normal. So he confessed but then they wanted him to sign a paper so it was evidence that he said that he did it. He said no and he ripped up the paper then the guards grabbed him to be hung. They threw him into the back of the truck and chained him up and then they took him the the hanging.
