Through his early childhood, Tiger played in many junior ameture events. Due to the successes of young Tiger, he was invited to appear on many televisioin shows exploiting his unusual abilities. Tiger went to college at Stanford University, where he received a full ride scholarship to play golf. Tigers success continued. He went on to win several matches as well as the Collegiate Championship. Tiger would also, go on to win three consecutive Amatuer Championships.
