Introduction

I. Close your eyes and imagine joining the military. The first thing you think is fighting on a battlefield right? Although that is not always what you actually do.

II. For me as well I imagine joining the military to be action packed on a battlefield but I Think that for probably a different reason. Out of all of my close family I am the only one who has joined the ARMY. I am PVT with a E-1 pay grade serving MOS 11B (Infantry).

III. So for the time I have you I will introduce to you my life changing choice, and ways I plan to take my future.

Over the summer I took my time to go to the ARMY’s recruiting office and went through a long process that was totally worth it! I have joined the ARMY and got my MOS as 11B, which is infantry. 1. Originally I wanted my job to be 91B which is a Wheeled Vehicle Mechanic, but my color vision is severely bad. So bad that it's the type before Monochromacy. Monochromacy is total color blindness.

C. Now that I am officially joined for the ARMY my ship date for Basic Training/AIT is on June 24th. When there i will be pushed to all my limits physical and mental to make sure I am fit for our military service.

II. This one may seem to be a shocker to you but since I was 8 I was flabbergasted by the art of magic. So I practiced and learned some of it myself.

A.(Shows a magic trick) magic is usually done so simply but done by something someone wouldn't think of.

B. (Reveals magic trick) Now that you know how it’s done you probably feel dumb because you didn't think of something so simple. It's alright the majority doesn't guess how it is done. C. Enough with the mystical hypocrisy let's get down to my future. Since Junior year I have been in Mr. Quicks class. It’s probably one of my best decisions undoubtedly. You may ask who is Mr. Quick? Well let me explain.

A. Mr. Quick is our very one GCHS Electricity teacher. He teaches you the fundamentals of circuit logic, troubleshooting, and residential wiring.

1. Circuit logic is the overall logic and knowance of making a complete circuit that supplies light, heat, AC, etcetera.

2. Troubleshooting is a way to figure out why a circuit is not completed. In other words if you go to flip your switch for you light to come on and It doesn't turn on you would troubleshoot to find out why it is not turning on. B. Electricity has been one of my passions since I was young. It just has always SPARKED to my attention….hahaha. Yeah that wasn't really funny.

1. I remember when I was little I would learn how to fix my powered toys by messing with wire and tape. For example my rc Jeep wasn't working and it turned out the positive wire to go forward was broke off its post so I tape it back on.
