The isolation and lack of social interaction were also hard to handle. I found new ways to stay connected with friends and family, like virtual meetups and phone calls. This experience required resilience to stay focused and productive in a changing environment. I had to manage multiple roles and maintain a positive outlook despite the stress. Staying connected with loved ones and keeping a routine helped me handle the stress and loneliness of the pandemic.
