Houston Texas is a beautiful city and is known for it’s tourist of different areas in Houston. When you think of Houston you think of the basketball team the Houston Rockets and the other sports teams that are in Houston. One thing that really stuck out to me is the Bayou city. “Bayou city is a 52 mile slow-moving waterway that was the site of Houston’s founding in 1836, has become destination for outdoor recreation near downtown Houston.” Till this day “its natural state and contains an incredibly diverse urban ecosystem supporting dozens of native species of flora and fauna.” You can take your family and friends out, because you can do just about anything out there and there is so much to do.
The underlying political, economic and social factor that lead to my Houston image is that you have your mayor out and about trying to help the community and going out and talking with people to see what they can do to help. “Houston is unique for its lack of zoning restrictions, a situation which as has permitted major skyscrapers to be built all of the city. In fact Houston claims the tallest building in the United States outside a major downtown, the 901- foot WIlliams Tower in the Galleria District.” THe St. Martin's Episcopal Church was built in 2004 and is the number one church in the Houston area. Houston is also known for the Astrodome that is was getting sore down to rebuild something else, but until this day it is still standing and trying to get bids on what to build inside out and how much it going to cost. The NRG stadium is know for different events that they hope in there like the rodeo, different disney on ice shows and much more.
