4 Email Analysis

Directions: Evaluate each of the four emails, listing both the positive and negative aspects of each. Then, rank the four emails from best to worst in the space provided. Email A
There are not really any positive aspects, on this email, but there is plenty of negative ones, such as , the subject was ,”hello.” and then he follows to say ,”Dear Robert.” not referring to his last name, respectfully. In the email, he then talks about how his dad told him that he should apply, not showing any motivation to do it himself. At the last sentence, he commands Mr.Jacobson to email him back A.S.A.P. with a exclamation point. He ends the email, by failing to show who she even is , just giving her first name. Lastly, her email to contact her , is unprofessional. For these reasons i put her in last place , for the fact that there isn't any good things that stand out in this email.

She refers to him in his last name, introduces herself, explains her motives and why she has them, she is very respectful and even has completed the resume. At the end of the email, she mention her first and last name and a very appropriate email to contact her
