More and more days passed, and with each day came new adventures for Dan, Emily, and Rosy in their secret garden. Dan even had their initials engraved on the tree where they met. However, after several weeks into knowing each other, Dan came knocking on Emily’s door, as he did every morning, only to be answered by his mother who told him to come back in a few days because Emily had caught a cold. Dan didn’t think of anything of it at the time, other than that it was a simple cold or fever that would be gone in no time. But, as it turns out he should have been worried. I did in fact get to explore because of you. You explored the park with me, our secret park, from the water, to the trees, to chasing me around on the grass. You laughed at my jokes, and I laughed at yours. We even got to meet amazing Rosy, and please do continue to take good care of her. You must not blame yourself for this disease that has caught up with me. I am near the end of my life, but I still did not get the chance to help out the town. And for that, I need your help. I need to gather every possible citizen of Quinto and let them explore the joy the park had brought us. It seemed as if they were heading for the park, but Dan couldn’t tell for sure. The footsteps were coming closer, and as they came closer he heard voices. And he couldn’t believe his eyes when residents of Quinto were actually entering to the park. He was thrilled, and whispered to Emily as if she was right next to him, “We did it!”. Gradually by the minute, more and more people were coming. Couples were coming with their children, as well as pets. People were even dressed up in their fancy clothes, and brought umbrellas for protection from the sun. This time sun was beaming across faces, and in return happiness and joy was reflected.
