I will provide confirmable evidence to support, as her Primary Care Physician, you were guilty of negligent malpractice and failed to provide the minimum standard of medical care needs. Your reprehensible behavior resulted in years of suffering and emotional distress significantly affecting our quality of life. Testimony will show how ill-equipped you were to deal with the devastating issues associated with Normal Pressure Hydrocephalus and a debilitating sciatica condition, in a geriatric environment.
