Zoetis is the number one animal pharmaceutical company worldwide. It used to be a part of the parent company Pfizer pharmaceuticals but it became its own company in 2013(Zoetis,2013). The company is a publically traded company that has a sole focus on animal health and customer service. Most sales for Zoetis are done through livestock medicines but the companion animal department is catching up quickly. Zoetis prides itself on being the most loved by their customers (Zoetis, 2013). Zoetis is a growing company that has sixty years of work behind it (Zoetis, 2014). Zoetis is good with its communication but there is an internal issue. Zoetis is having an internal communication issue that if fixed could help the efficiency of Zoetis and increase sales results.
Internal communication issues are sometimes the worse because the company does not see it. But in Zoetis’s case they know about the issue. The proposed solution to the problem is by becoming more transparent to their employees. Zoetis should create a webpage and a newsletter to be able to easily communicate on a weekly basis. This connection will help all the employees across the world be on the same page. The other resolution that would help is by having one-on-one conference calls between sales representatives and directors. The following leads you through why Zoetis is what it is today.

They talked about how their college could make the leap from being good to being great. At the 22nd American Mathematical Association of Two-Year Colleges conference held in Long Beach, California on November 14, 1996, the topic of changing curriculum was discussed (“Mich”). The University of Louisiana, Lafayette, is eliminating its philosophy major, while Michigan State University is doing away with American studies and classics, after years of decline in enrollments in those majors (Zernike). The purpose of a college education is to meet the student’s needs so that they can compete and understand the connection between a degree and a job that will enable them to compete with other world economies, give them a well-rounded education that will enable them to earn a higher income, and retain a lifetime full of knowledge....
According to Armstrong and Hamilton, there are three types of college pathways: the party pathway built for the most socially and upper class oriented students; the mobility pathway designed for the least privilege and more vocationally oriented and the professional pathway built for the most competitive and ambitious students. Armstrong and Hamilton claims that each college pathway requires a lot of the university resources, like time and energy, to be built and conserve. Moreover, there is also the constant challenge from the university to balance the deve...
