1613 Words4 Pages

Many people are become and are shaped by their country, beliefs, and values. Zia is an international student from Pakistan who is studying to be able to join the civil service in Pakistan. His ultimate goal is to teach political philosophy. No, I will be writing about the person Zia is here at Concordia College-Moorhead and the impact he has had on those around him.
Each person interviewed has known him from at least the second week he has been here at Concordia, and to truly show you Zia’s character here at Concordia I will show you what the interviewees said to me. Take the time to read the interviews and you will notice aspects about Zia that I may have missed. He’s a complex person and not simple minded. He is a normal person who has great qualities. I’ll end this section with a quote,
“[a]t the end of the day you realize, someone from Pakistan is no different from someone from Rwanda or someone from Minnesota or you, or you name the other places. . . . It’s a blessing and a chance to meet people like Zia. I think they are the one[s] helping the change of all the misinformation we are fed all the time.” (Cyusa)
