Physiological contract actually can be defined as the understandings that are undirected or unwritten and informal obligations between an employers and its workers regarding to their mutual expectations of how each will perform their respective roles. In an ordinary business, the psychological contract might include such things as the levels of worker’s commitment, the quality of working conditions and job satisfaction. (businessdictionary.com, 2014) In the organization, there are many contracts that are listed to both employer and employee as a promise to fulfill the necessary in the organization. Both of the pride must follow the entire contract given since the first day of working hours. The offer that the employee can prove to the employer is we can work followed by the contract hours. Basically, the working hour is within 8 hours per day except the weekend. The contracted hours that the organizations were set up must be used by the employee to finish all the task given by the employer. It must be finished before the due date properly. This is because the employer will observe all the performance of the employee. Maybe we cannot realize when our employer being such a “spy” in the organizations but we must be aware with it because it may cause you lost of your job. When the “boss” was asking you to come to their office for an urgent matter, the employee must accept the order. This is focus on the overtime or also can be known as OTI. It is maybe the task was too many and must be finish in the weekend at office because maybe it cannot be finished during the working hours as usual. But, the order can be rejected by the employee if they have any important or emergency matter with the family that cannot be avoided for any reaso... ... middle of paper ... ...m their employer to recognize for their special contributions. (Conway and Briner, 2005) Finally, both of the employer and employee will have their expectation to another. So, that is why the psychological contract was so important to guarantee the destiny of the workers and boss. Moreover, at the same time both of the side will be enhanced their motivation themselves and always give their best to finish their work and also that they have a potential to be the best in the organization.
