My Philosophy of Education
Philosophy of education helps educators understand the purpose of education, what should be taught, and how students learn. All teachers must think about these important questions. A philosophy helps integrate understanding into the educational process. My philosophy is that all children should be educated, because it makes our society better as a whole. I believe that if we can educate all children, we can improve our society in many ways. In my opinion, the best way to educate children is using the pragmatism theory.
Pragmatism is knowledge that is obtained and developed through experiences and interactions with the environment (Tanner 1997). This is important in education because children learn more through actual experiences. They learn from their actions, some even being mistakes. Pragmatism is a practical approach and it will work well when teaching children. Pragmatists believe that we should improve society through means of education that are geared toward problem solving and must be ongoing (Encarta Online 1995-2000). This is a great point because learning is a continuous process throughout life and it is all about solving problems. A teacher who is a pragmatist will help students understand what is known is changeable, there are a number of ways to interpret events, and there is no absolute truth (Crooner, Knight, and Wiseman 1999).
Pragmatism has been around for a long time. It was developed by the 19th century by American philosophers, one of them being John Dewey. To him pragmatism implied that education should represent growth in individual capacity to deal with situations, should be a continuous process that cannot be terminated by the completion of course requirements, and demands self-direction as opposed to authoritarian imposition (Wyett 1998). This led to using the interests of students and their desires to learn as a main point in curriculum. I believe this helps in the classroom. If the children are interested in what they are learning, they will most likely learn that subject matter better. Along with this the classroom should also be democratic. In this process students will have their values respected, and their insights made available to fellow students and professors (Beck 1993).

Budgetary control is a tool used by the management of the company for both planning and controlling. Planning is crucial in this case, which has to consider all strength and weakness so that company can achieve its success as per the plan. In case of Ferguson & Son manufacturing company the budgeted values are compared directly with the actual values. The company has the practice to make comparison with the fixed budgeted values with the actual budgets without any flexibility that is there is no consideration about the current scenario. As mentioned earlier, a planning process involves an in-depth analysis about all the circumstances so that the company can achieve them. In this case, the inflexibility present in the fixed budget added more trouble to the employee’s of the company. This behavior resulted in employees to consider that the company is concerned only about money and not about the quantity of goods that were produced by them. Generally, inflexible budget add more pressure to the employees as the company will be concerned only about the profitability at any point.

In reality, perhaps too many things and definitely too many to address in one essay. However, I can indulge in the discussion of a few. Hate is a wasted emotion. Hate accomplishes nothing. It does not relieve hunger. It does not alleviate pain. It creates only avoidable aggression. I do not believe in any kind of hate, including prejudice and racism. My energies and time can be better spent elsewhere. Anger too. What does anger do? Nothing. It frustrates us and aggravates us, and we can avoid it. Being frustrated is not a pleasing experience for me. When I was young, or rather, when I was younger than I am now, I would explode at the smallest disturbances (I'm sorry mom and dad). Now, I have realized that anger is a waste of time, and I no longer have a temper to lose. I would much rather wallow in happiness. And in my happiness, I do not worry much over my image in the eyes of others. The important word here is much, for there are opinions of certain individuals about which I do care a great deal, but these are few. They include my family, my close friends, and those who possess the power to affect my life significantly (for example, university admissions officers). Otherwise, I pay no attention to whispers behind my back or vague rumors circulating in the air above. As long as I know the truth, however harsh it may be, and those that I care about know the truth, I am not troubled. The masses may think as they wish. They are entitled. As can probably be observed from this essay thus far, my outlook on life saves me more than a bit of stress.
Since there is criticism towards traditional budgeting, the different approach to the traditional budget has gained its momentum. Over the years, traditional budgeting lost its relevance with the modern business world, and it no longer satisfies the needs of the managers. With new budgetary systems alternatives, it will suit better for the need of the modern business.

This should not be a passive entity in the process of their education, you must learn to learn . The school must prepare students for this interaction with their environment that is always changing.

The world as we know it would not be the same without water. If every lake, river, and ocean were emptied and filled with something other than water, life itself would not exist. This is due to water’s unique molecular structure and arrangement due to its bonds. Water is a molecule made up of two hydrogen atoms and one oxygen atom: H2O. The hydrogen atoms have a partial positive charge and the oxygen atom has a partial negative charge. In water’s molecular structure, there are two unshared pairs of electrons, which cause the hydrogen atoms to bend downward, causing water’s bent tetrahedral shape. The kind of bond that holds water together is called a hydrogen bond. A hydrogen bond is formed between electronegative atoms of one molecule and hydrogens that are bound to electronegative atoms of another molecule. The hydrogen bonds in water form between the oxygen of one water molecule and a hydrogen atom of another water molecule. This molecular structure is what allows water to possess the distinctive properties that it does.

Line Item budgeting is the most widely used approach in many organizations due to its simplicity and its control orientation. “It is referred to as the "historical" approach because administrators and chief executives often base their expenditure requests on historical expenditure and revenue data. One important aspect of line-item budgeting is that it offers flexibility in the amount of control established over the use of resources, depending on the level of expenditure detail (e.g., fund, function, object) incorporated into the document” (National Center for Education Statistics). The advantages of line item budgeting are that it offers simplicity; “you can easily budget for each area or department of your company based on historical expenditures required in previous years. If the amount of these expenditures has been consistent over a period of years, line-item budgeting can offer a simple and reliable means of anticipating expenses for the coming year while saving time and effort in the budget preparations” (Joseph). “Another advantage of a line-item budget is that it can be easy to justify the expenditures. Proposed expenditures are based on historical needs, which makes very little to dispute among departments within the organizations. This allows companies and business owners to maintain tight budgetary control, while reducing the possibility of frivolous spending” (Joseph). There are a few dis advantages of line item budgeting; it can create a phony analysis of expenditures.
