I attended the congressional hearing on Capitol Hill to hear testimony on the Global Nuclear Weapons Environment on Wednesday, March 8, 2007 at 2:30 PM in Room SR-222, Russell Senate Office Building. The hearing was conducted by the subcommittee on strategic forces which is one of subcommittees within Senate Armed Services Committee.
