Taylors Principles: Taylor´s scientific management strategies, were intended to usher economic growth. He was sure that any economic progress in the society, was as a result of hard work. The desire to earn more inspired Frederick Taylor´s thoughts, by intiating the idea of “scientific management”. Whereby he personally set up rules to optimize the available workload, and to control that all contributed in profit maximization. In mind,Taylor was very concerned with an organisation that was dormant trying to search it´s way to economic stability. He observed the workers and their employers, to see how each carried on their duties. It is after his keen observation that he concluded that the way the work, duties or responsibilities [are] were shared in organisations could tell a lot about the particular organisation, its history and even more about the future progress. Taylor concluded his research by saying that mismanagement of resources by both parties was the cause of all the econimic failure. Taylor´s urged that scientific managerial ideas, which are widely known to be the rules of proper running of an organisation. These guidelines have with time been termed as the classic theories, and they have helped many administrators for many years now to eradicate managerial inefficiency. The laws have been regarded as remedies that can be applicable to small and large enterprises for positive results. According to Taylor´s suggestion, these were the best possible regulations with a guaranteed positive results. He affirmed his opinion by stating that if the laws were appropriately used, they could govern or give instructions on how to go about business with minimal losses. In the modern society, the directors decide on how work is to be done. They figure out what is the best way to that can help them get their profits. This means that the idea of Taylor about „one best way“ is still present and actual in the society. Instructions, guidance are give to make employees to understand about the directors missions. For this to take place rules and regulations have to be followed. This brings in the ideas of all the earlier mentioned theorists in regard to ecomomy growth and the situation of the particular individual when it comes to labor division. Their long time anaysis can be now seen as realities, because all that they had analyzed and feared has with time come to be the reality that we as the modern society can never avoid.
