Abortions should be illegal if you are going to go out and have unprotected sex, then you should be willing to take responsibility for your actions. The unborn child that is conceived has done no wrong and shouldn't have to suffer because of the mothers actions. Women shouldn't have a "right" to kill their preborn child. The word "choice" shouldn't be used in regard to abortions, since killing a preborn child offers the child no choice at all.
If you think about it nearly 30 million preborn children have been slaughter in their mother's wombs. Millions of women have been traumatized both mentally and physically by their decision to exercise their so called "right" to an abortion. The number of reported legal abortions from 1972 through 1992 has risen each year. The percentage of teenagers having abortions began to drop in the 1980's because of the law requiring a parents involvement. The highest abortion rate is among eighteen to nineteen year old women. Each year about 15,000 abortions attributed to rape and incest this about one percent of all abortions.
Allowing abortions is promoting values that encourage crime, illegitimacy, and the breakdown of families. Why would anyone want to put themselves through this procedure if it could be deadly?
A woman from Brooklyn, New York died from a legal abortion and the police engaged in cover up. Tamika Dowdy, 22 was pronounced dead after having a legal abortion at Long Island College Hospital on Wednesday (reported in the case of http://www.roevwade.org/rvw//.html). Dowdy's fiancé Rudy Alston waited in the waiting room for six hours the abortion practitioner told him that Dowdy's heart had stopped. Dowdy and Alston were planning on a January or February wedding and the couple didn't want a child because Dowdy wanted to go to a two year accounting school. The police officials tried to squelch news by omitting the tragic abortion death from their daily report that Dowdy died after an abortion(according to the case of http://www.roevwade.org/rvw//.html). They included only the address where the incident took place, not even mentioning an abortion was involved. I feel that abortions should be illegal just because of cases just like this one many other cases happen just like this one all the time. This procedure is very sick how could anyone think of sticking a baby with scissors and killing it when it is almost ready to be born. Anyone to do this has to be sick, if an abortion is going to be done it should never wait this long. Abortions should never have to take place anyway if good enough to have sex then you are good enough to have a baby. Going through each one of these steps just makes you ask why over and over especially the partial-birth. The baby has never done anything wrong it was the mother's fault and the baby has no chance. Abortions should be illegal no one except rape or incest patients should have them. After finding out that nearly 4,400 legal abortion occur each day in the United States, this is a very high number of babies that never make it into the world they are just killed.

“F.A.T City” was an eye-opening documentary that enlightened me about people with learning disabilities in schools. To begin, the acronym F(frustration) A(anxiety) T(Tension) was a clever name to describe the documentary. Teachers, parents and other helping profession in schools can cause F.A.T towards learning disabled (LD) students without being aware of the harm that is occurring. I really appreciate that teachers were not the only participants in the film. There were parents, a student, a LD student, a technician, different types of therapist, psychologist and other professionals in schools. There are many individuals who contribute to the education of the student with special needs. Their roles and responsibilities are varied, and each play an important part in the education of the student with disabilities. In the early years of special education, individuals with disabilities were not educated in the traditional classroom. Many of the students were left at home to be taught by their parents, or, sent away to institutions if the families were unable to care for them. In addition, some were education in private schools at the cost of the families. It was not until the 1970’s that special education became acceptable in the public schools. The passing of legislation made it possible for all students to have a right to a free and public education, regardless of their disabilities. The individual with disabilities education act (IDEA) opened the door to education for all students and therefore a change in special education.

In 1892 the Pledge of Allegiance was created by two men Francis Bellamy and James Upham. The intention of the pledge is for it to be used in the 400th anniversary celebration of Christopher Columbus discovery of the new world. The words appeared for the first time in a magazine issue of the "Youth's Companion", where James Upham was employed. Even though the pledge was published there was no author nor was it copyrighted. We have been led to believe that the true author is Francis Bellamy, but there is no concrete evidence of that to date. One month after the pledge was published more than 12 million school children recited the pledge for the first time across the country (Sterner, 1999-2006).
In the video presentation of How Difficult Can This Be? The F.A.T. City Workshop, Richard Lavoie is able to simulate several of the difficulties that a student with a learning disability has to face at school. Some of the difficulties experienced by the students are intrinsic to the disability itself, but many other difficulties are directly related with the emotions that the student experiences when attending a class, and as a result of his or her interactions with teachers and classmates. Both the United States law and the education system, have the opportunity to make a huge difference in the learning experience of every student with disability. Students with disabilities need to be guided to a path to education that is both feasible and accessible for them; with achievable goals, and by being provided what they need in order to succeed, and to be able to overcome any obstacles.

Abortion is unlike any other subject debated today; millions of women have aborted a child, and the loss, pain, and emotional need to justify what was done, both on the part of the mother and on the part of her loved ones. Abortion is a gut-wrenching debate that has been going on for centuries, and does not plan to cool off anytime soon. The Supreme Court case in 1973, Roe vs. Wade, placed abortion on the map for the United States. The result of the Roe vs. Wade case legalized abortion to protect women’s health, however the good intentions of the ruling opened the doors for people to take advantage of the case outcome. Approximately 1.06 million abortions took place in the United States in 2011, which goes to show that women maybe abusing the privilege of the rules set in place to protect their health and practicing abortion as a form of contraception. Abortion is not only a dangerous procedure for women to endure, however it is also unethical to abort a child. Abortion is immoral because life begins at conception, people need to live with the consequences and not take the easy way out, and there are other available options.
Each school, because of government mandate, has to provide services for exceptional students. The textbook Human Diversity in Education defines exceptional students as “those eligible for special educational services” (Cushner, McClelland & Safford, 2011). There are several categories for exceptional student but they all fall under the Ability/Disability continuum. Some of the categories for exceptional students are the: intellectually gifted, specific learning disability, emotionally handicapped, hearing impaired, visually impaired, mentally handicapped, and physically handicapped. In this paper the specific type of students that will be discussed, fall under the disabled side of the continuum. As one can see from the list above there are various types of disabilities that can affect students. One of the disabilities that affect many students in schools today is known as the Learning Disability (LD). Students with learning disabilities, also known as specific learning disabilities, tend to be of at least average intelligence. Of at least average intelligence is the key phrase. A learning disability is defined as “a neurological disorder that affects the brain’s ability to receive, process, store, and respond to information” (National Center for Learning Disabilities,). Learning disabilities can affect students in the areas of listening, speaking, reading, writing and spelling, reasoning, and mathematics. Abortions should be illegal; an abortion kills a human being that cannot fight back. How would you like if someone pulled you out of bed and duct taped your mouth shut, then just cut off your head? I don’t think that you would like it very well, but they wouldn’t give you a choice. Other countries are making abortions illegal, unless you were a victim of a rape (Abortions- Why this is wrong. As told by a pathologist, 1999). This is still bad but it’s better then just being able to use an abortion like its birth control. Although abortions are not illegal in the lawful term, they should be because it’s just like cold hearted murder. The baby didn’t have a choice and that’s not right.

Abortion has been used to controlled fertility in every society on the world. Over the centuries, there is a rich history about women help each other to abort. Abortion was not considered illegal in US until 1880, by which time most states had banned to protect the life of the woman. However, even it has been banned, abortion is still widely practice. Rich women who could afford to pay skilled doctors or go to another country to have the safest and easiest abortion. But for those women, who are poor and lack of knowledge about health had to run the greatest risk with illegal abortion or “black market” abortion. In 1950s, about a million abortions were practiced per year in the US, and over a thousand women died each year as a result. Considering American ethics and values, death is morally wrong. Therefore, the killing of unborn fetuses is morally wrong as well. For that reason, abortion should be outlawed and considered as a cruel, unnatural and absolutely immoral human act.

In modern society, many women that have an unintended pregnancy and they result to abortion without researching other options. Abortion is not a substitute for birth control and this issue should be taken seriously. The individual woman needs to understand that by agreeing to have an abortion she is agreeing to kill an innocent fetus. Abortion rips the unborn child from his or hers right to life. Society needs to let women see through the eyes of the fetus and find alternative ways to raise the baby. Abortion should be illegal because childhood begins at conception, not at birth.
One of the most debated subjects throughout the world is abortion. Abortion is the premature termination of pregnancy by spontaneous or induced expulsion of a nonviable fetus from the uterus (Dictionary). In certain circumstances, abortion could be beneficial for the mother with factors such as: age, rape, financial stability, and complications that could long-term harm the potential mother and child. Did you know our educational system is faced with a new enemy? The enemy has teachers, administrators, and counselors working around the clock trying to figure out how to get classrooms across the nation back in line. The name of this new, but familiar, enemy is called, “behavior problems”. Behavior problems, first, reared its ugly head in students who were in gangs, on drugs or just bullies. Now in the 21 century, classrooms are being filled more with students from diverse backgrounds. These students are presenting major behavior problems to teachers and other students, not because they are bad children but because they are dealing with disabilities. In this paper, I will identify and explain some of the disabilities teachers are facing in the classroom. I will also be giving a list of practices that will create an inclusive classroom for that particular behavior and how I will integrate the practices into my classroom.
