This assignment is about marketing, where I will produce a marketing
strategy for a new or existing product. This unit introduces the major
principle and functions of marketing; I will look on customer needs,
and creating a suitable strategy or marketing mix, which will satisfy
customer needs. In this unit I will experience the marketing process
from carrying out initial research about a market, investigating the
principles of functions of marketing and the way in which it
contributes generating income/profit in a business.
Marketing is the process of planning and executing the conception,
pricing, promotion, and distribution of ideas, goods, and services to
create exchanges that satisfy individual and organizational goals.
Marketing also involves analyzing customer needs, securing information
needed to design and produce goods or services that match buyer
expectations, and creating and maintaining relationships with
customers and suppliers.
Marketing is essential to the success of any business. Its primary aim
is to enable businesses to meet the needs of their customers and
potential customers, whether then it’s for profit or not. To make my
strategy successful for business it must:
Ø Understand customer needs
Ø Understand and keep ahead of competition
Ø Communicate effectively with its customers to satisfy customer
expectations.
Ø Coordinate its functions to achieve marketing aims
Ø Be aware of constraints on marketing activities

As I did a oral presentation I used few pictures and such to show the
packaging design, as I talked about the other product and the company,
and mainly on one of the marketing mix ‘the product’. My presentation
could have been bit longer with more details and also posters to show
big images then small ones.

Sainsbury’s supermarkets were established in 1869 by John James and Mary Ann Sainsbury’s and is Britain’s longest standing major food retailer chain. Sainsbury’s is a very large supermarket and employs over 145,000 people of these 60% are part time and 40% are full time. 62% of all the employees they employ are women.
The Quality and Safety Education for Nurses (QSEN’s) goal is to prepare future nurses with the knowledge, skills, and attitudes (KSAs) that are needed to continuously improve the quality and safety of the healthcare systems within which they work. QSEN focuses on six main competencies; patient-centered care, teamwork and collaboration, evidence-based practice, quality improvement, safety, and informatics. As we have learned in earlier classes these competencies and their KSAs offer a base to help us and other nurses as we continue our education and become RNs. There are so many marketing techniques that companies use in today’s world. There are also many competitions that companies face because of the advancement of marketing and different kind of brands. Old spice does a great job advertising and campaigning by using classical conditioning. Old Spice is an American brand that males use for grooming, they do a great job marketing the product and presenting them to consumers. Classical conditioning is when theorists teach either animal or human certain behaviors passively through repetition. After the theorist teach the animals, the theorist measure and see what the response. One of the most important thing about classical conditioning is to see something repetitively, and learning how to behave. Old Spice uses classical conditioning to influence consumers’ attitude because it shows the commercials repetitively. Classical conditioning also involves unconditioned stimulus, conditioned stimulus, conditioned and unconditioned response. Old spice’s commercials have everything included. Response campaign was a huge success because it involved everyone; it included mass media such as TV, print and digital ads.

He was the backbone of Russia’s communist revolution, and the first leader of history’s largest communist government. It is not known, or discussed by most, that Lenin made many reforms to the original ideals possessed by many communists during the nineteenth and twentieth centuries. He revised Karl Marx and Friedrich Engles’ theories to fit the so-called ‘backwardness’ of the Russian Empire. Lenin’s reforms were necessary to carry out a socialist revolution in Russia, and the contributions he made drastically changed the course of history.
