Abstract
My classroom management philosophy will include the following. I will aim to provide a
classroom where my students are treated equally. I will not put my students down or label them
with a behavior problem. I believe that every child has a right to learn in my classroom. I believe
that every teacher has a right to teach in a safe environment with out outside interference. I
believe that classroom management should be creative, will keep my students safe and be based
on trust not fear. I want to be a classroom manager who supports my students in a community
like environment.
Classroom Management Plan Paper
I believe that every child has the right to learn and be respected in my classroom. I will
keep my students safe. My classroom will be based on trust, not fear. I expect my students to
show respect for each other and I will model that towards them and my classroom slogan will be
RESPECT. RESPECT will stand for Responsibility, Encouragement, Sensitivity, Performance,
Education, Cooperation, and Thoughtfulness. This acronym will be posted on the wall as a
reminder to my students and me. My classroom management philosophy closely relates with the
Theories of Congruent Communication by Haim Ginott. Ginott believes in focusing on the
student’s behavior and not the child themselves. My philosophy also includes part of Alfie
Kohn’s Beyond Discipline theory where students are capable of caring for each other (Manning
& Bucher, 2007). My focus will be to address situations rather than students’ characters, invite
student cooperation, accept and acknowledge students feelings, bestow dignity upon my
students, express anger appropriately using “I-messages”, use brevity in correcting ...

Hester’s strength and independence allows her to deal with her sin maturely. Instead of running away from humiliation, she owns her punishment and accepts it for what it is. However, Hester surrenders to the will of the court, even though for a short time she feels as though her punishment was unfair, and that she was not a sinner at all. In the prison while Hester was appealing her case to him she says, "Thou knowest, thou knowest that I was frank with thee. I felt no love, nor feigned any" (Hawthorne Ch. 4; 51). Later on while speaking to Dimmsdale, Hester further tries to prove her innocence by saying, “What we did had a consecration of its own. We

Hester Prynne is no familiar character without associating her with her personal sin of adultery, and has been the pitfall of not only herself, but her personal family and friends around her. She is put down, distraught, and even decimated after society has decided to punish her after ruining her reputation and any future offspring of her descent. Even though some may say she has committed this life by scandalizing her life with adultery with the higher order of the ministry, Dimmesdale—Hester did not desecrate her life by sin or by choice; Hester did not punish and inevitably sacrifice the reputation of others; Hester did not deplore her life, but rather mended her sinful wounds into a rewarding and captivating experience that has made her a better person. In The Scarlet Letter, Hester, even though shun before society and broken within, she did not quell on her humiliation, ...

In my twelve years of teaching experience, one thing that most of my colleagues have struggled with at some point in their career has been classroom management. Classroom management is one many keys to instructional success. Unfortunately, many have left the teaching field due to lack of knowledge of classroom management best practices.

Every student has a diverse learning style. I believe that students should learn in a safe, caring, and understanding environment. As professional educators, we should provide this safe and open-minded environment. The ways to ensure this environment is to make sure students are actively involved in their education, to make sure teachers are providing the best materials for students to learn, and to make sure parents and the community are involved in students education.
It is my strong belief that each child is entitled to a safe, secure, stimulating and caring learning environment. I always believed that each child is a unique individual with much curiosity and many academic, social and emotional needs. Children need our support in order to mature emotionally, intellectually, physically, and socially. As a teacher, one should aim to help students in fulfilling their dreams to become successful and educated individuals. We must provide them with a safe learning environment for their learning to succeed.
Knowledge is rarely considered permanent, because it is constantly changing and adapting as time passes and new discoveries are made. This title roughly translates into the question: to what extent is knowledge provisional? In other words, to what extent does knowledge exist for the present, possibly to be changed in the future? At first glance, one’s mind would immediately stray to the natural sciences, and how theories are constantly being challenged, disproven, and discarded. Because of this, one might be under the impression that knowledge is always provisional because there is always room for improvement; however, there are some cases in which this is not true. There are plenty of ideas and theories that have withstood the test of time, but on the other end of the spectrum there are many that have not. This essay will evaluate the extent to which knowledge is provisional in the areas of the human sciences and history.
The Educational Philosophy I Will Incorporate in My Classroom Education serves as the foundation to a lifetime of learning. Since every child is unique, I believe that it is important for them to learn in an environment that is both safe and stimulating. By creating this type of atmosphere, the students will be able to realize their intelligence and use it constructively. As a future educator, it will be my goal to establish a classroom that is, 1) non-authoritarian, 2) student-centered, and 3) focused around student experience. These three elements are part of Progressivism, the educational philosophy I plan to incorporate into my classroom.
I try imparting into them the importance of an education and how they contribute to the growth of our society. In my classroom, I am in control. I draw a clear line between what and how much my students are allowed to do in the classroom. In the first week of school, I establish my authority and I clearly and explicitly express my classroom and outside the classroom procedures that will be followed and the rights that every student has in the classroom. Some examples, all students have the right to learn, all students have a right to be heard, and all students have a right to be respected. There are consequences for those that chose not to abide. This set the tone for my classroom environment for the entire year so, that learning may take
As a future educator, I have many goals. My first goal would be to never overpower my students. Being a teacher should not be a job, it should be a passion. I will focus my classroom around the student’s needs, rather than my own. The classroom will revolve around the students. I will be their guiding hand through education. Another goal of mine is to have the students interact in a positive way. Social interaction is very important. As students combine with peers they share knowledge and learn how to solve problems. In the real-world, this what will happen. Whenever I can, I li...
