Humans from my own point of view are God's creation, because the bible makes me understand that humans were created in God's image, and during the creation of man, God blew the breath of life into man to make him come alive. I assume the reason humans are so unique is that they were created like God. The reason why humans are the best of all creation is that they can think, invent new things, and have dominion of all other creatures on earth. Humans are the only living creation that is conscious of their own existence, because they have advanced knowledge and skills to do things, for example, humans can clothe themselves, cook their foods, and even invent numerous technologies. Humans have a well-regulated sense that is able to explain natural occurrence through belief, science, and way of life.
A creature has a body, soul, and spirit. The body is the physical flesh we see, and the spirit is what controls the body. Once the spirit dies, the body has nothing to back it up, and it also dies, but the soul is what cannot die (I will explain in the next paragraph). As for rights, human do have natural rights, and one of these rights is the right of choice. Right of choice in the sense that we humans can make decisions for ourselves, and not allow people make wrong decisions for us. For example, a man can pick a religion he wants to believe in, be it Christianity, Buddhism, Hinduism, Islam or any one of his choice. I believe in religion not only because I was raised to believe in one, but because I have a choice of what to believe in, and I believe in Christianity.

...le to mine is Existentialism. I see existentialism as a philosophy that gives a man an insight of what we identify exists. I definitely disagree with Thales, because he thought that the source of EVERYTHING in nature is water. Not everything created is from only water, as I said earlier that man was made out of dust. Therefore, it is not possible to have a human, an animal, a tree, or even the sun and the moon made out of water.
I am glad that I wrote my own philosophy, and that I got the chance to express what I wanted to articulate which is based on Christianity and existentialism. I do my best to live my life as a genuine Christian, with all the inducements in this World. I am glad there God exists, and I am appreciative for Jesus Christ. If people just open up the word of God and study it. They will find out who God is through his son Jesus Christ.
In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth (Genesis1:1.) God’s perfect wisdom created everything. In Genesis 1 and 2 we can see that God has loving and gentile nature when He created the earth and heavens. God created man in his image and we are the only creation that God breathed in the breath of life for human beings (Genesis 2:7). God did not do this for any of other creations but only for humans. The Bible has many scriptures that tell us how creative God is. Genesis 1;26 states “Let us make man in our image, after our likeness. And let them have dominion over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the heavens and over the livestock and over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.” God created all of this for us to have fellowship with him.
1. The voting game was interesting, and it was an analogy to real life situations. Initially I was confused and really did not understand the game. At first I assumed that if I voted the number 1 I would not receive any money, and if I voted the number 0, I would receive money. As a Christian raised in a Southern Baptist church, I have always been taught and believed without questioning, that the soul is the part of me that makes me who I am. It is my personality, my thoughts and emotions, and my identity. Without my soul, I would be lifeless, like a light bulb without electricity. At death, according to my beliefs, the soul survives, separates from the body, and proceeds to its destination--heaven or hell. I have questioned this pre-held belief after reading James Rachels argument against the immortal soul.
My beliefs are important to me. I wake up every morning with a cup of coffee in my hand and turn on the daily news. I see many problems occurring around the world, but most of us are too blind to actually do something to help. We are too blinded by our society's cultural that we can’t separate ourselves from the good and bad.

Yes I believe there is such thing as soul how else would you explain heaven and hell. It survives outside the body because our bodies are not yet dead. The soul cannot be completely defined or described, but it is the only thing we can be absolutely sure of, since all other facts are temporary. Being ourselves allows us to obtain many more answers and to understand our unconscious intentions. Humans may exceed their limited ideas by realizing that God exists and that in Him, we will find many answers if we open ourselves to Him. The soul is the creative essence, while all creation, including art which is human unity with natural things, is said to be Nature. In Nature the soul sees the picture of its own pure essence manifest, seeing beauty, truth, and justice in its laws.
Through the course of these last few weeks, we as a class have discussed the Soul, both in concept, and as it applies in terms of our readings of The Phaedo and as a philosophical construct. But the questions involved in that: In the ideas of good, of living a ‘good’ life and getting ‘rid of the body and of their wickedness’, as ‘there is no escape from evil’, (Phaedo, 107c), in whether or not the soul is immortal, or if our bodies themselves get in the way of some higher form of knowledge, or even of the importance of philosophy itself are rather complex, simultaneously broad and specific, and more than a little messy. The soul lives on after the death of its physical body. There is much more to living beings than just having a physical body. This is made evident through Plato’s idea of reincarnation. This idea is made when Socrates introduces the Argument from Opposites. Plato claims, “Everything that comes to be so of anything comes to be in this way and no other – opposites from opposites…” (Phaedo 70e). For instance, for an object to become bigger, it must have been first been smaller, and has become bigger out of this smallness. If everything is born of its opposite; then surely the soul is alive after death. This then leads the argument that dead things come from living things, and vice versa, that living things must come from dead things. The soul can be defined as a perennial enigma that one may never understand. But many people rose to the challenge of effectively explaining just what the soul is about, along with outlining its desires. Three of these people are Plato, Aristotle, and Augustine. Even though all three had distinctive views, the similarities between their views are strikingly vivid. The soul indeed is an enigma to mankind and the only rational explanation of its being is yet to come and may never arrive.
