Even if you don’t have the fund, there is always financial aid and scholarships that can help you out. College gives you an opportunity to find a great job and in a career that you love. People with a college degree earn 74% more than people with just a high school diploma. The annual income for a college graduate is almost twice as more than a person with just a high school diploma. My dad always encourages me and says that going to college will help me get a nice stable job and I won’t be struggling with money and bills. People who don’t go to college often don’t know where there life is going or what to even do with it. My sister neve... ... middle of paper ... ...ourage me to keep going. Most people I know try to discourage me. So I would love to meet great people like that who I will be friends with for a long time. I would hate to miss out on that chance. After high school, it is the time when we get to choose where to go with our lives. We can get a job, go to college, take some time off, travel, and much more. For almost all of high school I kept saying that I didn't want to go to college. I tried to find every excuse possible arguing why I shouldn't go. After much debating, I realized that it was good for me and made the decision to go to college. People might have negative opinions on college but it can help me find a great job, have my future figure out, it can help me become more open minded, and let me meet great friends. College doesn't guarantee you a job or success, but it can help you have an outstanding life.
