We want to start an amusement park, titled Fun Land because we consider it to be a fun family experience. A large amount of money can be profited from the experience. Our short term goals include getting the business up and running with reliable employees, getting the Fun Land name out into the public, paying off some of the debt, and giving customers a good experience. Our goals in five years include having new and attractive rides, good flow of customers, and good reputation. In ten years we want to generate millions of dollars, expand, and build new and exciting rides. We want to provide a safe, affordable, and joyful experience for each and every one of our customers. We believe strongly in honesty so our rides would be monthly inspected and all foods will be properly maintained. We will also provide refunds for any mishaps or unsatisfied service. Fun Land is set up as a partnership between Shur’Myra Lillard and David Chan, as partners we will share the responsibilities and risk in starting a new business. Shur’Myra will be the staff manager and David will be the financial manager. Both will be responsible for hiring engineers for the rides and other employees. Shur’Myra Lillard participated in marketing management class, is well organized, and is cooperative. David Chan also participated in marketing management class and honors mathematics class. He is hardworking, and organized. Fun Land, located in Chicago, Illinois, will provide the service of roller coaster rides and dining. An adult ticket cost $25, a ticket for customers aging 10 to 17 cost $20, a ticket for customers between 4 to 9 years olds cost $9, and any customer younger than 4 is free. The advertising portion of the business could fail resulting Fun Land to have little exposure in Chicago city and beyond. As result Fun Land will need to pour more capital in improving the structure and safety inspections. A customer could have an injury related to Fun Land which would worsen Fun Land’s reputation. A sudden worsen of the economy can inhibit consumers in using their money for personal wants, travel, or high cost service. Weather is another factor that could affect the roller coaster rides’ safety in Fun Land. Fun Land could lose profit by replacing materials, on the rides, worn down by the weather.

I woke up early in the morning with pure excitement. Today, I was heading to Cedar Point with my long time close friend, Sarah. The sun was shining, it was the perfect mood to go to an amusement park. My mom and I drove through the flat cornfields of Ohio, to her farmhouse. Once I picked up Sarah, we were headed to America’s Rockin’ Roller-Coast also known as Cedar Point. Cedar Point is on a peninsula surrounded by the fresh waters of Lake Erie located . It's actually quite nice, if you don't include the often high winds which often force the employees to close the rides due to the high risk of liability and the frequent nats. The Dragster is sitting smack dab in the middle of the park's midway. The height makes the dragster something that you can’t miss, especially on the causeway.

Magic Mountain holds the most amount of roller coasters in one park. 19 roller coasters cover the entire park, including X2, Goliath, Twisted Colossus, and Superman Escape from Krypton. The park is open year round, which gives families more opportunities to make it. Six Flags’s flat rides are also pretty thrilling. Lex Luther Drop of Doom is one of the tallest drop towers in the world and its guaranteed to make riders scream. “Six Flags Magic Mountain has dozens of shops, plus a variety of dining options ranging from quick-service to full-service, sit down dining. The park’s attractions are in ten themed areas, including Bugs Bunny World, Baja Ridge, and Colossus County Fair” (“Six Flags Magic Mountain”). Magic Mountain contains some consequences that the park brings. The park is very popular, which causes long lines and very crowded areas. The ride operations are very slow. Some rides dispatch trains every five minutes, which is ridiculous! On top of that, the bigger rides, including Full Throttle, break down a lot, which also causes long lines. The park really focuses on their roller coasters. They need to focus on the children’s areas of the park since they don't have a lot in the park today. Just make sure you didn’t have too much food and then ride! That would end horribly! But my personal favorite was the superman. Standing at 207 feet six flags Superman will drop you from so high up you can’t scream. The one downside to this is that not everyone got to enjoy the sweet sickness of the terrifyingly tall ride, unfortunately there is a height limit. But the upside for all ages is the amazing water park rides. It's like a personal AC unit. But I wouldn’t get too comfortable I don’t think the little kids have boundaries. Even though this water park sounds good after too much sun you might want to think about that… At Six Flags the lines are super long and even the season passes don’t get you in so you bank account has to suffer even more than it should on a day to day basis. The cool water seems refreshing, but I also wouldn’t rely on it being the cleanest, so save it for the end of the

I think the most important one is Xtreme Skyflyer because a lot of the people want to try it, and people want to see whole the things when they go very high. The Xtreme Skyflyer is also one of the scary, it 153 feet above ground and dive at speed up to 60 miles per hour while falling 17 stories toward the earth (Great America). This Xtreme Skyflyer is a release of endorphins, which makes us feel euphoric. Which is heightened by the fact that a lot of people feel scared and worried while waiting in line.
