This paper will investigate the nature of work in high technology and mass production environment such as the garment industry in India and Foxconn. It will describe the importance of Foxconn and Pradeep and it product. Furthermore it will define stress and how it can affect individuals also it will pinpoint some difference key source of stress. It will also state the consequences’ stress can have in an organisation including it employees. It will give some evidence of stress and it examples. It will further state some authors who talk about effect of stress before stating what happened at Foxconn and Pradeep and its employees. It will state that the worker at foxconn has committed several suicides which few of them survived and why it happened (Foxcoon, 2014). Furthermore it will talk about Pradeep Company who adopted similar military tactics to it employee like Foxconn. It will state how Pradeep treat it employees furthermore it will mention other company like Nike and Primark who use factories that adopted similar military leadership it will also analyse why this happened. This paper deeply analyses and argues about employee motivation from different authors about what can motivate workers. Finally it will state the effect of team work in an organisation before concluding, some recommendations will also be given.

After many organisations being reported for poor working conditions it has been said that many of them are going to make major improvements in order to improve the working environment for employees. Many people who live in poverty are just trying to make an income so they could improve their standard of living but the wage rate is detrimental to their physical and mental health.

Company like Foxconn can set specific goals which they intend to achieve without using a military style leadership to it employees. It is clear that Foxconn and the garment industries meet’s their target by overworking it employees like machine. These companies should value and respect their employees furthermore they should abandon their military style practice and
