ABSTRACT This paper intends to analyze my personality utilizing various course theories. Different kinds of analysis like Myers Briggs, Kolbe’s A and a few more have been studied to talk more about my ‘Self’ assessment. As Organizational Behavior (OB) student, I put in my views to explain how well I understood myself in these few weeks. The paper also explains my strong desire and the reason 'why' I came to United States of America to do get a Masters degree in Business Management. INTRODUCTION It was 18 years ago, I was 4 then… My parents put my tiny feet into roller skates. I loved spinning, jumping, and artistically moving on them. My parents constantly encouraged my performance. I represented my school, my city, my state in number of competitions and never rested my winning stride. I turned 13 and won my eligibility to represent my country ‘India’ at the 42nd world championships at Australia. Along with my skating carrier, to balance my education was also my responsibility. I made sure that I Aced all my tests at junior school, high school and college (bachelors in Electronics and communication). Apart from my skating and studies, I had another major strength. That strength was Dance. I made an innovation too. The innovation was to dance on roller skates. Creativity is marked by the ability or power to create to bring into existence, to invest with a new form, to produce through imaginative skill, to make or bring into existence something new (creativity). This creativity brought me lots of appraisals and accolades. I gave more than 2500 shows all over World for autistic kids and many fund raising organizations. Under graduation lasted for four years. Those four years just flew. I felt like birds leaving the nest into the big blue sky. Under-graduation was fun, enlightening and adventurous yet constantly cautioning and pampering. It was in early May 2006, when I had to take a decision about my carrier, to pave a concrete path to a bright future. When I turned back to peek into my past I have recognized that most of my life was dedicated to skating. I have actually did a good job managing academics, dance shows, roller skating and yoga. I understood that my desire was to establish a Dance School, a school with a mixture of dance, Indian culture, yoga and skating. Any person who is successful in whatever he or she is doing what motivates him/her, and very likely the answer will be "goals".

something. It can bring about positive change or a negative reaction depending on the situation. Many things affect motivation such as, the environment, your family background, schools, the government, and many other stimuli. Probably the greatest motivational factor in my life is my mother. She has always encouraged me to complete my education, many times when I did not want to. I remember once when I was going to drop out of college, she nearly threatened me with bodily harm if I didn’t finish. Of
Selecting Appropriate Graphics for Web Sites In giving recommendations concerning appropriate images for a splash page of a website to a beginning web developer, it is important for graphics to be relevant to a website, diverse in gender, age, and race, and appropriate in the use of color.
