The 19-20 years old group is, in general, less inform about greenhouse gas comparatively to the 17-18 years old group. The most important greenhouse responsible of climate change is CO2. In fact, about 45 percent of the 19-20 years old respondents think that the CO2 is the most important greenhouse. If we compare this average of good answers to the 17-18 years old, it’s possible to catch a little difference. 53 percent of the group thinks the carbon dioxide is the most important greenhouse gas. With these percentages, the older group of students is less inform of this part of climate change.

The 17-18 years old respondents think that an increase in temperature happened more in Quebec than the floods. Because of the gasses (CO2) that are in the air, atmosphere is getting warmer, thereby triggering the Greenhouse effect. Almost 70% of emitted gasses in air are CO2, which leads us to believe that this is the main cause of Global Warming. Since it is billions and billions of metric tons per year that are being released in air, many scientists conclude that temperature will most likely be more higher in twenty years from now, than it was in near past.

The evidence clearly provided in this essay strongly supports the argument that greenhouse gases caused by air pollution are the main cause of anthropogenic climate change. The tables and graphs demonstrate just how greenhouse gases contribute to climate change. As is evident, climate change is an ever growing problem globally. Due to the increase in anthropogenic air pollution, greenhouse gases have amplified also, as shown by table 2. Figure one shows how carbon dioxide in the atmosphere has increased exponentially, mirrored by anthropogenic emissions of carbon dioxide.
