The most wonderful day I have ever experienced during my time on this planet was evidence that dreams and wishes can come true. It was not something like going to handbells, seeing my baby cousins, or even leveling up on a game. This moment was special because it was going to be short, but I would always be able to keep it deep in my heart and soul. On Friday, September eighteenth, 2015, it was here at last! The greatest day I would ever experience in my entire life had arrived . After many days and years of wishing and dreaming passionatly for a moment like this, my wish was granted. With the help of my wonderful parents, I finally had enough cash to meet the sweet and beautiful young lady I had admired since 2010 at the Toyata Center …show more content…
I did not study or play on my laptop until I was completly satisfied with how I looked from head to toe, and even when I was ready to start studying, it was very difficult to do because all I could think of was the moment I was going to experience …show more content…
Actually, the pop star I love so much was there herself standing on the left side of the stage. As hard as I tried, it was nearly impossible for me to retract my blue-green eyes from her at for a single second. I just melted when I saw every move of hers. Whether she was blowing a kiss to her fans, (or as she calls us her babes) waving, or simply touching her hair, they were locked on her and I was struggling not to seem creepy. At that moment, I was praying to God " Please don 't let this be a dream" A few minutes into the party I actually got to say " I love you so much" to her when I got called up to answer a question as part of a game we were playing and she answered back " I love you too." in that moment, despite the fact I was calm with a wide smile on my face on the outside, on the inside I was jumping with excitment at the speed of light. Then the part I had been waiting and longing for had arrived. The rules were we had to go in two or more at a time. I didn 't bring a friend, but I did meet and make friends with a girl named Amanda. She was two years older than me and we seemed to click, so we decided to go in together. We were towards the middle of the line so we had time to chat and get to know each other better. As the line moved up, my body started shaking quicker, and quicker, and quicker until it was shaking faster than I had ever shook before. Every part of me shook including my hands. Both of
The day had finally come, the day Brooklynn, and I would meet our idol. Brooklynn’s parents picked me up around 12:00, and we were off! Our concert was at the United Center in Chicago, Illinois. It started to seemed like it was taking so long to get there. Traffic was horrific, and it seemed like we were always making little pit stops. There was a car crash, so all off the traffic was backed up. We, our usual selves, became very antsy. We started to wave at every car that passed us. That’s when we met Julia. Julia looked like our age, and Brooklynn and I started talking to her out of the window. She also was going to the Justin Bieber concert. I sort of felt bad, because her seats were at the very top of the stadium. I’m sure it was hard for her too see.
Everyone has a story, a pivotal moment in their life that started to mold them into the person they are today and may even continue to mold you to the person that you will become, I just had mine a little bit earlier than others. When I was three years old my brother became a burn survivor. It may seem too early for me to remember, but I could never forget that day. Since then, I have grown, matured and realized that what my family and I went through has been something of a benefit to be and an experience that has helped me in deciding what I want to do with the rest of my life.
Two of the greatest days of my life were the days my daughters were born. The first time I held the both of them and gazed into their eyes I felt a sense of relief and hope. The feeling is a warm tingling sensation that engulfed my entire body. The emotions that I felt are beyond what words can explain. It’s amazing to me that in the first few minutes of their lives they completely changed my perception of the world.
The day that changed my life. It was 7am that morning I woke up and got my black dress on with white lace at the top. I waited for my dad and brother to get ready as I waited I sat and thought to myself “how am I going to get through this today?” I never did find an answer to that question and I probably never will. I walked into the funeral home that morning, and with my family we entered the room this was the very last time I will ever get to see my grandma. She laid there as I stood there looking at her, granddaughter to grandma. She looked completely like herself mostly other than the makeup which wasn’t her at all. My grandma was apostolic which if you knew my grandma you would know she never wore make up. Not in her entire life all 94 years of it. But it was kind of relieving to see her look so peaceful she looked like herself in her handmade rose colored blouse and
A lot of people search through life trying to find something that means something to them, something life changing. I experienced my life-changing event when I was 3 years old. I was in a terrible car accident. Realistically, being 3, I do not really remember what all happened – I remember a few details though, the feeling, the pain, and my parents reactions. Their reactions were crucial in the development of my realization of this life-changing event. All through my life I grew up with this crazy thing that had happened in the past and all I had were my parents’ recollections on the events that occurred. But, youth is just kind of weird like that – you tend to hear more about what you experienced than actually remembering it. My parents really
The 31/05/2013 is a very special date for me and my husband André, it is the day our baby Kevin was born. After 12 hours of labour in the hospital, we finally heard him cry, we got to see him for the first time and there is nothing that can be compared to that feeling.
Excruciatingly long, cold hours in St. David's Hospital seemed to melt away at exactly 10:00 in the morning when my little brother, Alvand Kia Moini, was finally born. Nervous and jittery, I recall holding him for the first time and being the first person to ever see his beautiful brown eyes open to the world. Whenever asked about the best day of my life, I always recount this story.
I was in my final year at high-school. I was only seventeen and the pressure of knowing that the outcome of school results would determine my whole life ahead finally got to me. I snapped. One day, in the absence of my parents, I ran away from home, hoping never to return.
Sometimes it just takes one event to forever change your outlook on life. One such event happened to me when I was only 5 years old. My day started out as most 5yr olds growing up in the south in the late 60’s, only I was a bit different because unlike my neighborhood friends, my mom was 55yrs old. My mother gave birth to me when she was 50 years old and I was the youngest of 8 children, most of which were grown with children of their own when I came along. My mother spoiled me rotten, she was very attentive to my every demand. And I mostly demanded cereal, Rice Krispies only! My mother wasn’t very playful with me (what 55yr old would be?) but I felt her love. She would not let me out of her sight, she was always there, until one day she wasn’t. I woke up that morning in my mother’s bed as I often did, and I shook her to wake her up as I always did, only this time the shaking wasn’t working. I remember yelling for my siblings to come wake mommy up, I needed my Rice Krispies! Only instead of waking her up they began yelling and screaming and calling people on the phone. What’s going on? It’s not that serious, just get mommy up! I saw men in white shirts running into the house and then leaving with my mother on a stretcher. I didn’t
The Most Important Event in my Life The most important event in my life, didn’t even happen to me, but happened to my older sister, Becky. The reason I am writing about her is because the things that have happened to her and the things she has done in the past have affected me tremendously, as well as my family. Her life used to be filled with nothing else but drugs, stealing, and lying. My family has never been the same since then.
Upon reading the essay prompt, I took a few moments to introspect. I thought back to every experience that helped mold me into the person I am today. As human beings, we are influenced by many aspects of our surroundings. Even as children, we develop certain attributes through observation, or through conditioning by our parents. These attributes may not be always positive, but the combination of both positive and negative qualities form the people we are today. No one is perfect; nevertheless, some are fortunate enough to have their strengths outweigh their weaknesses. I believe I am one of those lucky people.
Throughout life we come across many people, some who influence us in negative ways, and those who influence in good ways, often changing our complete outlook on life. For me, it took the struggle of one of my best friends to open my eyes. I only wish it wasn't too late to thank her.
“An Event Which Changed My Life” An Event which changed my life, well when, I think back on my life there’s Many changes for the good and some were bad but, there were some learning experiences that help make me a better person. The events in my life, was dealing with the Birth and The Death of my first daughter. The First, Event was the birth of my first daughter it, was a joyous event in my life.
Throughout life I have had many memorable events. The memorable times in my life vary from being the worst times in my life and some being the best, either way they have become milestones that will be remembered forever. The best day of my life was definitely the day that I received my drivers’ license. This day is one of the most memorable because of the feelings I had when I received it, the opportunities that were opened up for me and the long lasting benefits that I received from it that still exist today.
Everyone has a memorable unforgettable moment in their life time and will charish that momement as long as they live. I am one of those many with a memorable loving moment. I will never forget it and happy to share it with others. It has been one of many favorite moment in my life. That it even open my heart to be happy and always thankful.
