Introduction This essay is a research plan about the influence of alcohol on university students. It has five main parts.,they are literature review, specific research questions, dependent and independent variables, significance of research question and definition of concepts. First of all, the literature review is going to provide some backround, some previous studies in this field of study and some relevent information, then it has three research questions to specify the aim and the dependent and independent varieble for each of questions are going to be identified, after that, it will explain that why these questions are important to the aim and finally, there are some definition of concepts used in research question for end to help us further understand this research plan. Literature review The topic of this research plan is ahout what kind of factors would influence university students’ drinking habits. This literature review is going to demonstrate some relevant information and to outline existing knowledge and concepts. It is important to help clarifying the aim of research plan and supporting the research questions. Nowadays the trend of alcohol comsumption in university is continuously going up. As a result, the drinking problem has become one of the top concerns about young people. Binge drinking and heavy drinking has become more and more common amoung the university students and that would lead to so many accidents such as aggression, violence, promiscuity, suicide, injury and car accidents.
