Abstract: Home computer owners in the world today are more likely to be business owners than those without computers. This indicates that technology and computing are inseparable in the current business world. Over the last two decades, there has been an enormous boost in the number of home computers. In many varied fields, this makes computer owners invariably full to entrepreneurship. With the growth of technology, internet and computers, new methods have been developed in the processing of everyday business activities. Routine tasks would have been taking enormous amounts of time and specialization were it not for computers. In the last century, computer represents the top technology development in relation to business today. A vast number of business opportunities have been made available with the advances of technology.

Technology affects virtually every aspect of our lives. Looking around everywhere, we see how wired we have become. Today, almost everything we need can be delivered to our doorsteps in just a matter of days. Even personal information is more accessible over the internet as well (Draheim, 2010). You can look up everything from a lost child to a registered car cleaner in the neighborhood. One can even trade stocks or file faxes online. Parents do not have to lose sleep waiting for their children to come home. They can just call their cell phones. This is how much technology has changed our lives, including the pace of business (Draheim, 2010).

The business world has not been left behind in the technology revolution. A clear fundamental reason for the popularity of computers in most small businesses is their ability to handle multiple tasks with little chances of miscalculations. Computers are also pop...
