Cell phones represent a type of technology that has been around for more than over fifty years; it has only been recently that many people began to use cell phones as a major part of their everyday life. In the past cell phones were for business people to conduct their business, but in today’s society every one owns a cell phone. Cell phones are interesting, useful and also play a major role in our life’s bringing people closer and keeping in touch with one another. Most people do not know and understand the physics of a cell phone. Cell phones are also known as cellular phone, hand phone, and commonly known as a mobile phone. A cell phone is an electric device that can make and receive calls, over and automatic repeat request (radio link petrol -RLP) used over wireless air interdace.it us a portable telephone that uses and receive phone signals.it also divides that earth into small regional called cells.in the resent estimates there are over 190 million people using mobile phone. One of the primary health concerns is the impact of cell phone radiation, by radio waves by which it operates.
A cell phone is essentially a two-way radio consisting of a radio transmitter and a radio receiver. When you talk to your friend on your mobile phone, your mobile transfers your voice into an electrical signal, which is then transmitted through radio waves to the nearest cell tower. The network of cell phone towers then replays the radio wave to friend’s cell phone, which converts it to an electrical signal and back to sound. Cell phones transmit radio waves in all directions.
The waves can be absorbed and reflected by surrounding objects before they reach the nearest cell tower. For example when you put your phone next to your head, during a...

...om cell phones, and its dangers, so we are told to be extra careful of cell phones and how we use them. If you are being affected in some way and you need help, it is recommend that you go and get your treatment immediately.Cellphones does have its good side and its bad side as well, since there are no convincing reports that cell phones cannot be dangerous. This shows that are cell phones dangerous or not, both are still incomplete, researchers may be able to convince the public by 2015.
To conclude i would like to say that regulatory agencies have concluded cell phones are safe, cell phone radiation is non-ionizing and studies indicate that there are long term risks but we need more data on intense sustained usage, and cell phones can be used more safely by only using them when signal strength is strong and the transmitter doesn’t have to transmit as much energy.
In conclusion, the usages of cell phones can pose a higher risk for producing tumors, damaging the brain, and even getting cancer. Radiofrequency energy emitted from cell phones can cause changes in the activity of brain cells, causing people to have symptoms that cause uncontrollable health disabilities. The tissues in the body that absorb radiation from cell phones, can definitely be unsafe for the body. Cell phones radiation can enable the formation of tumors to take effect in the body if someone is constantly exposed to the radiation energy for long periods of time. People should be limiting their usages on their cell phones throughout the day, and keep their phone as far away from their body as possible when making a call to reduce any risk of cancer from the radiation.
can be dangerous. Cell phones are dangerous because they can cause health problems, they will
In order to know whether mobile phones are carcinogenic to the human body, people should know what radiofrequency is. Wireless communication technology works based on radiofrequency signals which are an electromagnetic field. These signals can be ...
Cellular phones are a phenomenon that has engulfed people in the nineties. They have become a common occurrence whether you are waiting in line at the super market or in a movie theatre. One professor at Murray State University said, “Many students are carrying them, I had a student get a call in the middle of a test last semester.” Although many people have accepted the thought of carrying a telephone wherever they go, others have not taken the onslaught of cell phones quite so easily. Cell phones have become part of everyday life, and with the dramatic changes that have been made, there is no sign of their existence diminishing. Today, cellular service is available in all 306 Metropolitan Statistical Areas across the country and all of the 428 Rural Service Areas.
Cell phones use radio frequencies to transmit signals. Radio Frequencies (RF) are a form of electrical waves similar to those used in radios, microwaves, radars or satellite stations. They are emitted from a transmitter, and received using an antenna. This telephony technology is restricted geographically to small zones called “Cells”. Every cell has a base station capable of sending and receiving radio waves. When a call is started a signal leaves the handheld unit headed to the closest base station. This station answers by allocating a specific channel to the unit. When this “channel” is established, modulated radio frequency signals are both received and transmitted. The head of the user is in the near field of use because the distance from the antenna to the head is a few centimeters. (Blettner & Berg 2000) If the antenna is inside the body of the phone, the exposure to Radio Frequencies is greater. The antenna might be requesting a stronger signal to contest with the interference of the battery or the actual shell of the phone’s body.
My view is to be against the danger of using cell phones because cell phones do give off heat, which increases body temperature. Heat which comes from the screen of cell phones can cause blindness and can strain the eyes due to the fact that eyes do not have the function of disposing excess heat. Cell phone radiation heats the body, so, this can cause some kind of effect such as dehydration because heating causes sweating and excess water loss does cause dehydration.
...erest for everybody. This is a good thing as it will help people to be aware of radiations and they would be eager to protect themselves. In 2011, International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) classified that cell phone radiation as Group 2B- possibly carcinogenic this means that there “could be some risks” but they also say that some heavy experiments is yet to be conducted. There is no specific reliable statement that says cell phones is dangerous but despite this it is best to use it as minimum as you can. In a public statement Xavier Bertrand French Health Minister said: “As the hypothesis of a risk cannot be entirely excluded. Precaution is justified.” Cell phones have made our life easier by allowing us to save time; however, we should use it in the right ways and not only the bad. Now a day the cell phone is being used unnecessarily for everything.
Cell phones are a miracle to modern day living. Unlike previous eras where communication was done strictly across a hard-wired telephone line, cell phones now give the freedom to those that can afford them a radio-based uplink to the rest of the world. Not only are they for voice communication, but they also allow for transmission of virtually any kind of digital data.

Over eighty-seven percent of people in the United States have a phone. It has been proven that electronics give off radiation. The ultraviolet blue light emitted by the technology can be very harmful to your eyes. Technology is very harmful to the human body.
Brain tumors and eye cancer are two health concerns of cell phones that are currently under investigation. Many people have heard rumors about whether or not cell phones are responsible for these health problems, but answers never seem to be found.
"How dangerous could a cell phone actually be?" That is one of the many questions a person will ask themselves throughout their lifetime. Cell phones cause many distractions to humans throughout the day. Many cell phone owners find themselves checking their phones for messages and notifications even when the phone did not vibrate or ring. The overuse of cell phones will have negative effects on the mental and physical health of its users, will cause driving distractions, and will have a negative impact on the communication skills of humans.
Dangers of cell phones to the health and safety on any one individual can be supported not only in opinion but fact as well. Opinions and research vary greatly on the negative aspects of cell phone usage, although most would choose benefits over that negative. While most consumers may appreciate the convenience and mobility of cell phones, the human body will not.
frequency carrier while the user is moving within a telephone service area. In addition to telephony, modern mobile phones support a variety of other services, such as text messaging, email, Internet access, short-range wireless communications, business applications, gaming, and photography. Cell Phones which offer these and more general computing capabilities are referred to as smartphones. Cell Phones are now a way of life in the generation we live in and call home today, and cell phones have changed and benefited our world. By means of texting , making calls, gaming applications, saving people’s lives , helping people while
Hence, we should all understand the consequences and negative effects cell phones cause. Using cell phones causes cancerous diseases, disorders and other harmful damages to our health in different ways.
