Excellent university education is one of the most important ingredients for a successful career. With the increase in expectations for skills and higher education, the number of students enrolling for university education is increasing every year. Students enroll to university with high career aspirations and work hard in order to achieve excellent academic ranks. A role of a university teacher at such times is extremely crucial who can help students understand the subject and more importantly design the course in such a way that students know why they are learning those topics. My teaching philosophy involves enlightening students about the subjects in the simplest possible manner so that they can understand it easily, stimulate them to develop critical thinking and encourage them to advance their career. With continuous research and scientific discoveries, the teaching material has to be up-do-date with current findings. My teaching philosophy also involves preparation of such research-based, the most recent teaching material for students.

During the first two years of BSc, there will be several students who are still in the process of figuring out if they want to pursue their major degree in Science or some other disciplines. Quality of teaching and delivering the subject is therefore one of the most important factors that will help students to decide. Through attending numerous guest lectures (hosted by the universities that I have worked for as well as conferences) I can relate to students attending lectures where even the most interesting topic can be turned into an irritating experience if it is not delivered properly. ...etween Canada and various European countries. I have helped them preparing documents for such funding opportunities and provided recommendation letters when required. Several students asked if they should pursue science careers or use science background and look for alternate career. I often have discussions with them, review their resume and provide suggestions accordingly. Finally, I believe in treating individuals with great a deal of respect and fairness. Equality of gender, race, religion and other aspects is also one of my many approaches to teaching. I can provide excellent learning resources to learners and always try my best to achieve the goal and objective of the courses. I am very passionate about teaching and believe that I can be a successful teacher at Ryerson University who is able to meet the expectations set by the university as well by students.
