Hello Mr. Hiller, I’m contacting you today to describe my experience during my Hiller Plumbing today 7/20/17 at 4:00pm. I contacted your office in confidence that my small issues would be easily and quickly fixed but I’m sadden that it’s just the opposite. My issues were little drips coming from my bathtub faucet and two toliets with a loose toilet handle and the other with a worn flap. The Hiller representative started with the bathtub facuet by taking out his small tool and inserting it in the little whole on the faucet handle. His goal was to unloosen the small nail on the inside of the hole located on the faucet handle. Suddenly after twisting his tool he wasn’t able to turn the water off and then with more twists he was finally able to …show more content…
Next he asked for me to turn the water off to the house which was located in our closet and shortly after he started again to twist and turn until the handle was completely stuck. Yes stuck he stated which meant he could not move it anymore because he stated that the nail fell into the whole preventing the handle turn. He stated that therefore he would need to cut my handle off the bath tub faucet handle and cut a hole in the back of my washer in my kitchen to get to the pipes or my next option is that he could spray some grease on the handle and try to come back tomorrow to see if it would move. However either way he stated that the job would be $600 if I purchase my own bathtub kit for him to put back on tomorrow or $900 if he supplies the equipment which he still can’t fix until he order the parts tomorrow so in the meantime we can’t use the bathtub faucet nor shower. I explained to him that before he came to my house my bathtub faucet and handle was working just fine with only small drips. NOW he’s cutting off the bathtub faucet handle and stated that I will have to use a wrench or he can place the broken handle back on to slightly turn it make the water run. I am appalled that he left my house worse then
This case arose when I went out of town on my first business trip. I have been a sales trainee for the last six weeks, and my supervisor felt it was time to send me out. I was lucky enough to get sent with the number one sales rep for the company, Vince Collier. I was excited because I knew that if I was going to learn the best ways to make a sale, it would be with Vince.
This is a complex case, involving multiple parties and several variables that need to be examined thoroughly. The parties mentioned include Knarles operator of the facility maintenance company, his son Barkley, their employee, a licensed plumber, and Mr. Chetum. Although in the end Chetum is suing the facilities maintenance firm for a breach of contract, all factors must be examined to determine proper fault.

Bent Tree’s new invoices have what appears to be emergency mitigation services for unit 103 in the amount of $1,800 that was not applied to the lump sum repair for that unit. Additionally, Bent Tree has an invoice for $1,800 for cabinet repair and cleaning for units 102 and 204. Both of these units also have lump sum repair estimates for $12,900.00. Mr. Rushziky had said that due to these issues he is unable to see where the differences are for this
I recently spoke to Jeremy, a customer service representative who provided your email as a management resource. I am contacting you regarding a recent experience with the Hennessy Southlake collision department. I have received subpar services at Hennessy Southlake and was informed to contact you.I chose this Hennessy location due to superb references from close friends and associates. The service that I received, however, was lackluster. I brought my car in for a paint job to cover scratches from recent hurricane damage. I was informed that my entire car would be painted to ensure a flawless finish. I am familiar with the Hennessy name. I am also familiar with the Hennessy standard of excellence. I have not received excellence in service nor
The things that most of the Pipeworks workers did after they finished their jobs were play cards in small group, have salamander races, or just talk and sleep.
Please be informed that Mr. and Mrs. Henry Haskell have retained this Law Office in regards to their claim against you and your business.

The Riverbend Telephone Company is experiencing growth and had previously tried outsourcing some of its installation work to handle the overflow above its capacity. This was unsatisfactory, and so to accommodate the new customers, RTC needs to obtain a new maintenance truck and crew. It is considering whether leasing or buying the new truck necessary to their operations is the preferable method of investment.

The earliest known evidence of a pipe being used for plumbing was found in Mesopotamia it is estimated to have been made around 3000 BC. The pipes were made from clay mixed with short lengths of straw. This was the first type of pipe to be used to transport water from different places. Both brass and copper pipes have been found in Egypt believed to have been constructed close to 2500 BC. The Romans used lead pipes, extensive use of lead pipe by joining sheets of lead into piping to carry their water supply and waste. Two millennia ago the ancient Romans made use of large aqueducts to transport water from higher elevations by building the aqueducts in graduated segments that allowed gravity to push the water along until it reached its destination later using them same idea in lead pipes building them under ground . Cast iron and ductile iron pipe was long and a lower costing alternative to copper before the advent of durable plastic materials but special non conductive fittings must be used where transitions are to be made to other metallic pipes, except for terminal and universal fittings, in order to avoid corrosion owing to electrochemical reactions (reactions from exposure to air) between dissimilar metals see galvanic cell Hundreds of these were built throughout Europe and overseas and along with flour mills were considered the lifeline of the Roman Empire. The Chinese also made use of aqueducts and pipe systems for public works. The famous Han Dynasty court ordered in 145 AD that the engineer to construct a series of pipe networks and square pallet chain pumps outside the capital city of Luoyang. These chain pumps delivered water and waste around the city quiet and easy at a cheap cost, serviced t...

Although, this work order had included information for the person who owned the home, the person looking to buy the home and realtor my boss wrote that there was a 30 minute call ahead notice on the work order so someone could be there to let the technician in. Unfortunately, since we are a tiny company most of our notes are done by hand instead of being computerized. Therefore, in the case of a work order needing a notice and having more than one number we are suppose to star or highlight the number to be called or just use the main number listed. Well, when this work order was taken the three numbers listed, never stated who was who and who needed the notice so I called the main number as per our company procedures. Needless to say it was the incorrect one and of course when I had called there was no answer so I left a voicemail. After about 15 minutes of not receiving an answer and the technician sitting at the home unable to get in. We had to send him to the next call to prevent him from being late for the rest of the calls on the

The first time I collected the bike the repair work was not completed still needed final body and mechanical work. Nevertheless I took it in an attempt to test the work that had been done and see what needed to be corrected. We agreed on that I would be bringing it back to have the mufflers adjusted. On the drive home I noticed that the brakes were not working properly. I called him and it was agreed that when I brought it back to his shop he would check them. Then I noticed that the paint around the gas intake was peeling off. I did not see this at the shop because the caps were on. I called him to advice of this and he said that when I brought it back he would fix it.
