You should not drink soda! My aunt has 222pounds and has diabetes, she feels tired and lack of energy all the time, because she drink 4 (L) Litre of soda every single day! Also she afraid to go to park with her children, but when she saw the disappointment in her children’s eyes, she decide to stop drinking soda, a few month later, she lost 100 pounds, and now she has the confident to go outdoors to play with her kids. Soda is bad for health and no one shouldn’t dink it; not drink soda can help you get a healthy body, better physical figure and a healthy mind. Other might argue that drink soda is not such a terrible thing, might be one just drink one or few soda per day, it doesn't seem to having any problem, he or she does not gain weight or look different, also people around them are drink soda too, it looks …show more content…

First of all, hydrate with H2O. One’s needs water for body, try to reach for a glass of water when the urge for soda strikes. Moreover, it solve thirstiness and won’t leave you feeling deflated like the letdown after a caffeine high, or try seltzer or sparkling water if you crave carbonation. Other than that, if feel water is too plain, try adding lemon, lime. Secondly, seek support. Soda is showed in social situations, like movies or dining in groups. You can told your friend to remind you for stop drink soda, and meanwhile, you should communicate to friends to get rid of negative thoughts. Thirdly, isolate yourself from the source of your addiction, it is more likely to crave for soda when you can easily buy one, which is simple, one can just isolated from a shop, like bring lunch to office and water, so that it won't be needing to buy drink. Last but not least, choose a healthier "caffeinated" beverage. Antioxidant-rich green tea has proved that can brought with healthiness, prevent sun damage for your skin, and stabilize blood sugar
