Recommended: Challenges of military families

I was born on July 29,1999 to Danette Tavares and Elston Seo. Through them I got two older sisters, Alison and Ashley, and one older half sister, Kristen. From when I was born until now I have always lived in Honoka’a. I love to relax and enjoy the beach with my friends and family, but I do like to play sports. For example I played soccer from kindergarten up until my sophomore year of high school, then I played softball for a couple of years. Now I’m currently participating in high school basketball and volleyball. In high school I am a part of the Student Government, National Honors Society and Student Leadership. I am expecting to graduate in May 2017 with some type of honors and after graduation I will most likely continue my education and obtain my desired job. Although at times I get irritated with my parents for expecting me to do great in everything, I do see that they want me to get chances for scholarships so that I will be able to have a choice of going to whatever college I want to go to. With that said, financially I do want to get a lot of scholarships so that I don’t have to be paying loans for the rest of my life or feel guilty that my parents are going to be paying for loans that I created and they will not be able to enjoy their lives. As for my friends, I am lucky that I have found a group of friends that I can see myself being friends with for years, and that do support my dreams and believe in me. My friends are able to make me feel as though I can do anything, and when I doubt myself, lowering myself they are right there to pick me up and be right by my
