People are wondering how did Islam spread so quickly? We are going to find out how did Islam really spread so quickly in the Middle East. In this topic about Trading Routes where this happened in the Middle East. The Islam trading routes have been going on since the year 570. Mecca was a trade center in the Arabian Peninsula for every trade route in the Middle East. This place was one of Arabia’s holiest pagan shrine. All of this information tells why Islam spread so quickly for their trading routes. Military conquest is a time where Islam had a military to take over parts of the Middle East. By the time an army known as the Byzantine army would always fight from Islam conquering the Byzantine army. One thing is that the Syrians are saying that Muslim’s that are friendly and accepting. This relates that Islam spreaded so quickly by conquering new lands. Another thing is that they were nice to Syrians. Political order is about las in the Muslim religion. The leader of the Muslim community was Muhammad, a spiritual leader that leads the community. After their leader passed there was a rule that there will be a new leader in the next three centuries. This tells that Islam spreaded so quickly for that their religious leader up-holded powers for them to practice faithfully and fairly. All these topics have one thing in common and that they say Islam spread quickly. In Trade routes this religion spreaded quickly for their trade routes.     The political structure of the Arabian and Byzantine empires greatly differed from each other. The Arabian empire was ruled over by a Caliphate. The Caliphate was the successor to the great prophet Muhammad. Politically, the Caliphate sometimes caused trouble for the stability of the empire. When they conquered these areas, there was no forced conversion. On the other hand, they did enforce a higher tax for non-Muslims which prompted people to convert. Only later were there violently forced conversions. A testimony to this would be when the Muslims invaded India and did not touch the Buddhist or Hindus already there. They even respected the Hindu leadership and allowed them to continue.
