“Middle class families are struggling to send their sons and daughters to school. For many Americans, a college education is essential to future success.” Albio Sires said this quote and sadly this is too true, those families are the range of families that either don’t make enough to support the student or make too much that they can’t get any financial assistance. Other families see the other end of the spectrum where they have the ability to go and have many opportunities placed right in front of them. There are many different types of people and cultures and they all have many views on education. I view that college education is important to creating a career, furthering education, making a better life for my family. Everyone is different but I believe most of us still have the same core values.

All these are important to me because that is what drives me to continue education by going to college, a lot of people doubt someone from a bad family going to college they never see them succeeding. Everyone who is wanting to go to college just needs to find their motives to do so and stick with them to keep pushing them forward. Everyone has a drive they just have to dig deep to find it, and once they find it they have to hold on to it. College is tough and it can be expensive, there are many ways to afford it though, free financial aid, scholarships, and even if you are in extracurricular activity they also have promising opportunity to help someone afford college. Those same activities are also the things that drive a student to continue their education, I think of activities that I was in while in high school and often see them as the one thing that pushed me to continue.
