1. How many of you were heartbroken over the woman working at Burger King yet inspired by her persistence? Tammy’s story was very difficult to watch. She was born into poverty yet despite her circumstances she was determined to keep her job. She gave a face to many of the working poor in this country and around the world. I think Tammy will help change the perception of how individuals wrongly classify people living in poverty.
