Which is more affective six hour work days or eight hour work days? Well simply put there are some facilities that have their employees work ten hour days and some even twelve. Why is this made to be such a large issue? All jobs have required lunch breaks. People are so affraid to work in todays work force that the "declining" performance is due to laziness not because everybody is tired. A six hour work day would be nice but we have bills to pay and unless you plan to raise our hourly wage or explain to employers why their employess keep requesting more hours every day I would suggest we stick to eight hours.
