On September 21, 2015, I was assigned this case to follow up. This case involves Ms. Hadja Bah a thirteen year old Francis Hammond School student. Ms. Bah has a previous runaway history and refuses to follow curfew set at home. Hadja had runaway several times (15-138346/15-121625/15-118272) which I have investigated several of the incidents. CPS investigator Ms. Alice Keany did a family assessment for the Bah family.
McAlister had evidence proving guilty, due to law enforcement conducting scientific evidence methods to prove the evidence gathered from the car and the apartment are related to Jose. Police used the keys to open and search the car where they discovered unlawful items. Thus they discovered $1,000 in $20 bills, a box of Ziploc baggie and a half-kilo of crack cocaine powder in the love box. Additionally, police detected the file on the laptop had data on drug trafficking. The money, baggies, laptop, and cocaine will be evidence for McAlister to be charged with possession of cocaine with the intent to distribute with up to 30 thirty years of incarceration. The reporter said Aron is suicidal, and she tried to commit suicide 3 weeks ago. On Feb. 6, 2016, the reporter and Aron were riding around, and Aron tried to jump out of the vehicle (reporter had to hold onto her clothing to keep her from jumping), but the children were not present.
