1. What did the writer do well? There are many things the writer did well. The writer provided a thorough description of the program and detailed answers to all of the proposal response questions. Most of the proposal response questions were answered in the order in which they were asked. This ensures that specific points are easily located. The writer also noted, within the response, where each attached document could be located. This makes it easier for the reader to ensure all of the necessary documents are attached. Lastly, in addition to describing the services offered by their program, the writer noted which of their services other programs do not offer. This was helpful in distinguishing this particular program from programs that may be seen as similar. 2. What did the writer do poorly? Altering some of the language used and the placement of some information within the document, as well as removing some unnecessary information, could have improved this proposal. Though all of the information required by the proposal response questions appears to be included in the response, some of it was difficult to locate.
