How has the Wellness Course impacted your experience in Summer Bridge? The wellness course impacted me in such a positive way that it is pretty difficult to describe it. I learnt what it really means to take care of my person. The class actually helped me deal with the stressful environment in Summer Bridge. In addition, It taught me how to recognize and accept that change is part of each other 's life. Time management plan
Over this summer, I realised that every seconds count and there are moments where it is going to be really hard. Concerning my time management, I plan to classify each of my daily activities into 4 different categories which are the following: “Important and Urgent”, “Important but Not Urgent”, “Not Important and Not Urgent”, “Not Important but Urgent”. I think that if I plan wisely I will be able to actually manage my time in a very nice way.
Daily, weekly and monthly self-care practices
The former plan also will help me take care of myself. I will probably try to keep a steady sleeping time for each single day. Moreover, I plan to actually go on a date with a friend every end of each month and also try to go to the gym a day in a …show more content…

Boundaries & Healthy relationships
Healthy relationships is something I pay particular attention to, since I came to Berkeley. I will chose with precaution the people I am walking and talking to. I really want to be safe and not be concerned with anything related to drug, alcohol, and sex. I think that the best way to do that is to have a small community that actually resonate with my personal values and my principles.
On-campus/Community resources you can use when needed
I am grateful to have already been to the Tang center and be in contact with one of the facilities there. I can always reach out for help whenever I have an emotional and a psychological needs. Academically, I plan to integrate the STEM mentorship program initiated by the Educational Opportunity Program at Cesar Chavez student center. In terms of my writing, I have the idea of visiting time to time the SLC writing support, I feel they will be a great support for
