Adolf Hitler, Walt Disney, and Oprah Winfrey all have several similarities and differences with each other. These three people are similar because they are all determined people. Oprah was very determined at a young age to help other people. Walt Disney was determined at a young age to entertain people with his movies. Hitler was determined at a young age to make Germany a strong Country again. All of them were very determined and because of their determination they all became very successful in their life. This determination from all of them has a big impact on the world today. Oprah Winfrey's determination helps people around the world who are less fortunate. In Greek mythologies Heracles and Disney’s Hercules there are many differences that can be spotted. A few of which I will be discussing are when he is a Demi-God, meeting Meg, and when he does his twelve labors. There are also similarities between the two and I will discuss two of which discusses his strength and how he was a Demi-God in both forms of Heracles. Although Greece’s Heracles and Disney’s Hercules have differences, they also have similarities.
The Wave and Nazi Leaders, Ben Ross, Robert and Hitler, were similar because followers looked up to them and followed them blindly. They also used militaristic methods of control and governing. Overall, the Holocaust and The Wave were events that occurred because of easily influenced followers who were blinded by the evil of what was happening or were too scared or unsure to stand up for what was right for fear of getting hurt.
Ever since Mickey Mouse was created in 1928, Disney has been at the forefront of the cartoon world. Every youngster has a favorite Disney character or movie. Over the years they have created some of the best movies of all time. However, Walt Disney hasn’t always been successful. He survived bankruptcy in 1922 and had to rethink how he was going to approach his life. I think it is safe to say the approach he took was the right one. One of his first productions was an animated short film Alice’s Wonderland, which turned into what we know as Alice in Wonderland. Mr. Disney’s first attempt at a feature-length animated film debuted in 1937 after three years of production. His masterpiece of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs is one of his most awarded movies. Following World War II Disney Production was in a substantial amount of debt. They needed to come out with a new movie that would win over the public of America. They came out with just the right movie, Cinderella, in 1950. This was their biggest hit since Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs some 15 years ago. Because of Cinderella Disney Productions stayed in business and could go on to produce many more heartwarming movies.

They are trying to make the world a better place by everyone helping each other out and having everyone be treated the same.

Who do you admire and why? When I first came across this question I immediately knew I wanted the person to be a female role model. In a world dominated by males a strong independent female is exactly what it needs. Not only did I want the person I admire to be a female, but I also wanted them to be African American seeing as to they are one of the greatest minorities. Ideas filled my head until it finally had hit me, the person who fit all my qualifications was none other than Oprah Winfrey.

For starters, Oprah Winfrey used perseverance to overcome her past. Firstly, when Oprah was younger she went through an incredibly rough child hood. For example, Advameg Inc. tells us on encyclopedia of World Biography that Oprah was between households. She jumped back and forth between her mother and her father’s home and experienced life changing events as a young child (Advameg Inc.). When Oprah lived with her mother in a poor, high crime neighborhood where her mother worked odd jobs and did not have time for her children. Oprah had been molested by family ‘’friends’’. This made Oprah behave poorly and she was sent back to her father where she started to be an intelligent young lady. Secondly, Oprah began to thrive with the help of her father.
A role model can be a role model just because they are a leader or have great talent. Oprah Winfrey is considered a role model to many individuals because of her tough childhood, wonderful charity work, her schools, and the true relationships with her fans. Oprah stands out among many people for her ability to feel others’ pain and help those people get through their troubling times. For most people, growing up is filled with memories of joy and happiness. A childhood should be filled with affection and care, but Oprah did not always feel those things.
