Wal-Mart is one of the largest companies in the first 10 of Fortune 500. It based its growth on supplying the needs of people of all works of life at an extremely low price.
Although; Wal-Mart has been greatly scrutinized and criticized. It has always tried to fix issues to satisfy stakeholders, employees and customers and still remain growing.

And I agree that outside force only create more problems; if anyone can deal with issues in a company better is those who founded it. In 2000 seven of Wal-Mart’s butchers in Jacksonville, Texas voted to join the united food Workers Union. Wal-Mart doesn't have time for union and would rather do away with the whole meat department and sell precut meat to sustain the meat section in its Supercenters.
Running a business isn't about dealing with employees’ issues but dealing with certain issues of employees helps in sustaining a business.
