Introduction: Violence against women of colour is influenced by the intersection of racism and sexism. I think, marginalized women are suffered in the society in many ways because of gender and racial discrimination. They are facing significant sexual harassment, domestic violence and oppression in their everyday life. Severity and frequency of domestic violence are depending on the intersectionality. Such as, disabled and black women are suffering more domestic violence. According to Mohanty (2003), To be on the top and equivalent, a black woman has to struggle with black men, white men and white women. I believe this example shows any form of women oppressions overlapped into one another, such as; race, class, ability and gender. Lorber (1997) argued that gender differences are not from biology; so male and female are same. Because male and female are not different, they should not be treated differently at the aspect law, female should have as same rights related to education and employment opportunities as male. Moreover, marginalized women are suffering sexual and mental harassment by male colleague even by their White female colleague. Moreover, patriarchy is still existent in our contemporary society even though it may not manifest itself directly. Patriarchy has been viewed as one of the key elements in causing women's oppression and capture the women's access to success. Women to remain as a “second Class” citizen only to bear the domestic affairs is the root cause of male domination. Patriarchy is seen as the major cause of gender inequality which has also resulted in women subordination. According to feminism, men are seen to be in control or the ruling class while women are the subject. In my opinion, male domination towards women is more in marginalized women. Black women are suffered more domestic violence
