Vietnam’s involvement in the Vietnam War impacted Vietnam in various significant ways. The Vietnam War was a very crucial war in Vietnamese history and changed Vietnamese society. The war was enduring and lasted for twenty-one years. It began in 1954 and ended in 1975. The war commenced due to disagreement of communism in Vietnam. The war was between North Vietnam, South Vietnam, and The United States. North Vietnam supported and encouraged communism in Vietnam. On the other hand, South Vietnam and The Untied States opposed communism and tried to prevent communism from spreading throughout the country. This eventually led to the chaotic Vietnam War. The war gained national attention and created pandemonium worldwide. The war impacted Vietnam in major ways and also impacted vital factors such as health, life in Vietnam, and economy. The leaders of North and South Vietnam also impacted all the involvement that took place in the war. The Vietnam War changed Vietnam greatly. The war left Vietnam in shambles and the war was also a calamity.
The war impacted the citizens in many ways. The conditions of the Vietnam War were very hazardous and threatening to many citizens of Vietnam during the time of the war. The conditions of the war intimidated and panicked by all the chaos and disaster that took place at the time. The war impacted the citizens in myriad ways. One way the Vietnam War impacted the citizens of Vietnam was that it drove some Vietnamese citizens out of Vietnam. Many citizens of Vietnam escaped Vietnam to come to America where they believed they would have a better life than what they suffered in their home countries. These people were called “boat people”. These boat people absconded Vietnam after suffering for 10 years. ...

This war was definitely a major topic in Vietnamese society and wiped from history. The war gained national attention and caused chaos and pandemonium nationwide. Communism played a key role in the citizens’ lives that they were willing to fight for all the freedom they deserved. The war was clearly a great calamity and caused distress worldwide. The war was so vital that some of the impacts can still be seen in Vietnam today and some people are still trying to recover from it. The war was definitely a remarkable time in American history and will be in our memories forever.
