The Vision of the Vape Vaping is today’s hottest trend. Teens enjoy the puffing of the smoke and the way it makes them feel: powerful, calm, and relaxed. Vaping is originally developed for smokers who are trying to quit, so this is another option for them. However, it has transformed into a trend that young teenagers enjoy to do. Therefore, according to Vaping.com, “ an estimation of at least 20.8 million people worldwide are involved in vaping ” (Vaping.com). Vaping is suppose to encourage heavy smokers to quit, not attract teens. Vaping has gone too far and needs to end before teen become addicted to them. Nicotine is toxic. It should not be consumed into the body. Therefore, It is harming the brain and lungs of young adults. According to Lung.org, “nicotine has been associated with the behavioral impairments including working memory and attention” (E-cigarettes and Lung Health). This drug is ruining the brain in its younger stages, which causes the brain to not develop properly. E-cigarettes want people to get addicted to them. Heavy smokers can use an alternative, like a vape, to hopefully reduce their symptoms. A source from webnd.com states, “ there is evidence that e-cigarettes enable some users to quit smoking or reduce their consumption” (Reinberg). Vaping is an improved version of using cigarettes. “People who vape may not be consuming as much nicotine as if they were smoking. Therefore, people who use to smoke and decided to vape said that they feel healthier now. Their lungs improved and their shortness of breath went away” (WebMD). Vaping is still better than smoking, but if they would quit their health will improve even more. Even though people can still use this option for improvement, it is better to just quit. When they quit all the symptoms will go away and they will live a happier and healthier
