What is Executive Dashboard? An executive dashboard is a computer interface that displays the key performance indicators (KPIs) that corporate officers need to effectively run an enterprise (Bose R, 2006). With an executive dashboard, people can make sense of massive amounts of data and make fact-based decisions in real time. Executive dashboards, also known as strategic dashboards, are a graphical interface using real-time data. This information allows executive team to get overview of organizations against critical metrics, identify opportunities for development and see where the improvements are needed. The purpose of Trinity mindset is to obtain actionable insights and actionable metrics from the web analytics data (Sloane, E. B., Rosow, E., Adam, J., & Shine, D, 2006). The trinity mindset contains three components: 1. Behavior. Behavior refers to the analysis of a large amount of Web Analytics data that people collect. Many years ago, marketers simply wanted to know how many “clicks” or “hits” their website pages got and that’s the place where their analysis ended. The Behavior component of the Trinity Strategy help people analyze their Web Analytics data in higher level and truly infer the intent of their site visitors. 2. Outcome. The second component of the Trinity mindset is outcome analysis. Every website should have a clear objective.
