The Toyo Jidoki TT-9CW is a 2011 state of the art automated pre-formed rotary pouch filling machine. This machine has a fill volume range of 50-350 cc, and can accommodate various pouch sizes from 80 mm wide by 100 mm tall to 150 mm wide by 150 mm tall. This allowable size range makes the machine versatile and capable of running a wide range of products. This machine is capable of operating safely at a rate of 100 pouches per minute, a vast increase from the maximum 60 pouch per minute fill rate of the TT-8CN of which your company currently runs. The TT-9CW is also more energy efficient than the TT-8CN, meaning a savings in overall operating costs.
